Came in with a clogged charging port (that I unsuccessfully tried to clean myself). Sam cleaned out the port in 5 minutes and the cable/port fit is like new. He wouldn't let me pay for the service. I'm happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I came in with a broken charging port, and they quickly determined that the port simply needed to be cleaned.They fixed the issue in under ten minutes and didn't charge me a dime.This is an honest repair shop with excellent service. Recently came in on a Sunday to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max front screen fixed. $150 in 15-20minutes. However, now I have a green line on my screen. Also having a issue with product itself. And while they assured me it was a legitimate Apple screen and not a generic brand, the screen either hasn't been placed properly or not the correct size because whenever I slightly press on the corners of the screen not only does it move around but it makes a small clicking sound. This is an absolute mess and this was clearly not done properly. They have a photo advertising how they can repair something in 20 minutes but it's not worth it because their quality is horrible. And my phone will properly get worse. I can't believe it's barely been 48 hours since the repair was made.

Breaking your phone screen is one of the worst feelings. I've had both Pixel and iPhone screens replaced by these guys and they did a great job, they were fast, and the price was reasonable.

A bit pricy for phone screen repair. But they gave me a discount So I'm grateful for that! I was able to get my screen replaced in 30 minutes. And I was able to buy new headphones. They have lots of things for phone related.

What more can you say about Kemo, they don't call them the best for nothing. I had issues with my battery and charging port and they fixed it instantly. Fast and friendly service. Will come back for sure!

I've recently broke my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and couldn't afford to fix it through Apple. I've also looked around for alternatives to get my life back in order. Other businesses were charging around the same price as apple while Adel at Kemo Wireless gave me an amazing deal and repaired it within less than 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly and even offered me coffee while I waited for my phone. Truly amazing people, amazing community and close to Fruitvale Bart Station

I can't give Kemo Wireless enough praise - they went above and beyond when I needed help with my brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. After accidentally shattering the screen, I brought it in to Kemo, expecting a huge repair bill. But they replaced the glass for a very reasonable cost, saving me hundreds over going directly through Samsung. A few weeks later, I made the mistake of improperly installing a screen protector I had bought. Not only did Kemo remove the bad screen protector for free, but they put on a new one with no extra charges! I was amazed at their kindness and generosity. Both times I visited, the staff at Kemo was professional, efficient, and so helpful. They truly seemed to care and took extra steps to make sure I left happy. I can't believe how much time and headache they saved me. Going the extra mile with that screen protector installment was just too kind. After my great experiences at Kemo Wireless, I can confidently give them 5 stars. Their combination of reasonable prices, top-notch service, and willingness to go above-and-beyond is unmatched. For any mobile device repairs or accessories, Kemo will be my go-to from now on. I recommend them to anyone in the area needing help with their smartphones, tablets, etc. They will take great care of you!

**THIS IS A CONDENSED VERSION of a complaint that is being filed with the California Attorney General and the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services My written complaint is 5 pages and thoroughly documented.*** On November 30, 2023, I took an iPhone X to Kemo Wireless for a screen repair; only the top half of the screen was responsive to touch, the bottom half was not. I had already performed a hard reset and restore of the iPhone to rule out software issues. After the repair, I collected the phone, completed the payment, and verified that the swipe function was operational. The technician asked if I knew the iCloud password to set up the phone and I stated that I did and would set it up later (I needed to get back to work). Post-repair, all seemed well until attempting to set up Face ID, which resulted in an error indicating a problem with the TrueDepth camera. When addressing this with Kemo Wireless, the experience was beyond frustrating. Initially ignored and later given the runaround, we were met with unfounded claims that the camera was already damaged and told that I refused to provide the password so the technician could set up the phone and verify it's functionality. As I had restored the phone, there wasn't a password to provide, the phone needed to be set up. There was no discussion of the camera at the time of payment. Contrary to their assertions, before the service, there were no issues with Face ID and the TrueDepth camera. The technician's explanations were inconsistent, at one point suggesting the camera was damaged before service, and later implying the damage was from a prior drop or potentially water - an incident that never occurred, as the phone has always been protected by durable casing. Even if the phone had been dropped prior to service, the fact remains the TrueDepth camera and Face ID were both fully functional prior to the screen replacement, AND only the bottom portion of the screen was non-responsive. There were no screen cracks, chips or other physical damage. At this point, we do not trust the repair shop. Thorough research of this issue indicates that the mostly likely cause is that the repair tech either damaged or did not fully connect/program the camera components or cable(s) during the screen replacement service. If the repair technician needed the phone to be set up, to verify proper functioning, he simply could have stated that and I would have set up the phone in-store. The lack of transparency and accountability from Kemo Wireless, coupled with their dismissive attitude, has led to a complete loss of trust. The mishandling of the repair and the subsequent customer service has been both disappointing and concerning, pointing to a serious lack of integrity in their service and dealings. We will not be returning to Kemo Wireless for further repairs. The gaslighting, constant goal-post shifting, general disrespect and disregard for our time and travel is unconscionable. Not to mention the complete lack of trust in the willingness of the business to ethically and honestly repair the phone.

The people there were able to replace the cracked screen of my iPad. It took about 2 hours to get the iPad fixed. They also reset my iPad for free. They had good customer service.

The owner is extremely short and rude. Instead of asking me to repeat myself, he proceeded to say that he was confused and that I didn't need to add all the extra stuff to what I was saying. I think that is horrible customer service. All you have to do is ask a person or a customer to repeat themselves without all the rude comments . I've never experience a conversation like that with a store owner before and it's extremely disappointing that he's running his store talking to the customers that have use their services before. . I would not recommend going there. I got my iPad fixed there this year and the home button was not fixed and the screen was still malfunctioning shortly after. But all in all the owner is a very mean rude person.
