I took car in because my ac wasn’t working. They diagnosed and quoted me, I scheduled an appointment for next business day. They had my car for 8 hours to call me and say they couldn’t fix the screen. When I got my car back, my car is NOW running loud and shakes every time I accelerate. I immediately called and left a voicemail, no follow up by them. Taking my car to dealership for repair and will be suing them for any damages caused by their shop during the 8 hours my vehicle was in their care and they were taking things apart
