I have been using Jack London Mail services now for at least two years. These amazing people pick up auction items that I buy in Alameda, and they either ship them to me or store them for me until I can come and pick them up. They are the best shippers I have ever used...nothing is ever damaged when it arrives, and they are incredibly affordable for the services they offer. I'm buying fragile antiques, and they get them across the state completely undamaged. If you need anything shipped from the Oakland/Alameda area don't hesitate to call them....they will help you and you will be glad you called.

Excellent customer service with shipping support for USPS, FedEx, DHL. I understand why they don't do UPS since their physical location is on the smaller side. Keep up the amazing work!

Had a great experience working with Jack London Mail to ship an artwork cross-country that I purchased at auction. The pick up and packing of the work was handled very delicately and it arrived safe in a timely manner. They went out of their way to get me the lowest price to ship. I am constantly blown away by Jack London Mail. I have lived in Jack London for years and have only gone there and recommend everyone else go there too. Every person that has helped me has been so sweet and helpful. The gentleman today was above and beyond. I was mailing a PlayStation and a Nintendo switch across the US and had been pretty anxious about it. He was extremely careful and meticulous with handling and boxing everything up that it immediately put me at ease. He was just happy to help and never made me feel like I was asking too much, or I was being inconvenient. I am not sure how Jack London Mail manages to hire the absolutely best most genuine people, but I am forever impressed, and I always feel like I am in good hands.
