Flowers for my daughter in law’s baby shower were absolutely stunning. We have used Millers for 25 years. The prices have increased and after Covid got much higher but so has everything. They are worth it

I went yesterday, January 2, 2024, to buy a flower that we could pin on each of the five ladies of our group. Corsages would have been too expensive so Robin helped me with a flower that we could pin on, but she said that she needed some wire so that it did not break. She also added some leaves. I asked for it in about two hours and she said to call her when I arrive so I would not have to pay for parking. I could not have been happier with the service and quality. The ladies loved the flowers. Below is a photo of the flower on one of the ladies. Thanks Robin.

Such a strange flower shop...! Couldn't get through to them on the phone despite trying multiple times, so wandered over in person. I expected the place to smell like flowers, but it smelled like gasoline. They don't have much in the way of bouquets. A basic, small Christmas wreath will run you $85 or more... meanwhile, down the street Trader Joe's, bigger, nicer wreaths are $12. Very confusing. Customer service varies depending upon who you speak to... Some of the folks who work here are very friendly, others, not so much. We love supporting local businesses, but I think next time we'll support a different local florist with better flowers!

Valerie helped us design and bring to life our wedding florals and we could not be more obsessed with how everything turned out. Her and her team were so professional, fun and easy to work with. She was able to take my inspiration photos and turn them into a reality while also staying within my budget. We use J Miller Flowers for all our event and family flower needs, they are the BEST!!! Highly recommend!

Jay Miller florist through the years has been my go-to unfortunately for funeral decor and flower arrangements Valerie the owner manager and the staff has always went above and beyond to fulfill my needs with floral arrangements and artistic design and on time delivery as always promised I'm very confident as I've done business with Valerie and Jay Miller for years that this is the florist that never disappoints

They made a beautiful arrangement for a funeral for me that I ordered online. But when I actually showed up to their store, they were very rude and unprofessional… until they realized I had already patronized their business. It was a strange experience that left me disheartened. I suspect that I was treated that way because I’m Black. There was no other explanation. I don’t think I would continue to support a business that treats people the way I was treated. The owner finally apologized before it was all over. But … she was basically apologizing for discrimination. Which is hard to forgive.

This is my go to florist in the Bay Area! They always prepare a beautiful rose bouquet for me and that means so much as it makes for such a special gift. They are always so friendly and personal and with my last minute Mother's Day request this year, they were extremely flexible and saved the day by still getting the delivery scheduled in time for the special day! I always have a great experience with them in terms of quality, friendliness and personal touch. I highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers, bad service! Not a queer or working-class friendly place to shop. I was ready to spend any amount on a boquet for a "get better soon," but I was being watched and questioned as soon as I entered the store.

Have used J. Miller in the past and referred my daughter since Lucky Florist has closed its doors. Robin Took my daughters $347. Promised a photo of the funeral spray. She Never never received it. When queried about it to Robin the owner, she responded I will take care of you on your next order. Daughter gave a next order, Did not receive a discount and all Robin could say was, " I can't give a discount on an out of area order". A lot of double talk. Then why didn't Robin say, "Next order in the area". Robin is full of it. No customer service. No comparison to Lucky Florist.

I had to order weekly flower delivery for the retirement community where I work. I love J. Miller. I had used them for mother's day flowers and birthday flowers for my mom so I am not sure why they didn't pop in my head when asked to order weekly flowers. The company had used them in the past. I was reminded of how awesome they are with making really gorgeous and memorable arrangements. We get SO many compliments on our flowers at the front desk. I look forward to seeing what they come up with each week. The flowers really liven up the place and are a nice welcomed addition to our lobby area. The service was professional and always on time. If you need a high quality flower arrangement do yourself a favor and order from J. Miller Flowers. I am a forever fan!

I just received the most beautiful birthday bouquet, hand delivered to my door in a gorgeous vase. All the flowers were top-notch and gorgeous: roses, lilies, irises, hydrangeas, sunflowers, snapdragons. I highly recommend J Miller Flowers!
