I brought my car to repair my broken windows, after they repaired my window, it is bad quality. I talk to manager three time too, and asked him to reinstall the new window, unfortunately he refuses. Really? Is that your shop services?

I took my car to In N Out Auto Glass shop to repair my broken window, and after the repair was done, they scratched my car and installed the window incorrectly. I asked the manager to right it. I went to this shop over five times to ask to repair my car. The manager said I have to go his relatives' body shop to repair my car and I get an estimate for that body shop. I could not go to my preferred shop, only his SF body shop. He said it was his company policy, I offer to you to fix your car. I told him that it is not convenient for me to go to SF because I live in the East Bay. I told him if I accept going to SF, he has to pay toll fee and transportation fee. He also refused to pay rental car fee, and lost wages as my car is a commercial passenger car. Unfortunately, he said no and refused to repair my car. Really? Is he offering or forcing me? I filed a complaint to California Bureau of Automotive Repair and he agreed to the BAR Investigators to pay for my car scratch repair. After that he did not pay. The shop never contacted me to discuss about a solution. It is very important to know how shops handle these problems.

My whole experience was great, I needed a sunroof glass replacement. But they didn’t have it in stock, thankfully “Anthony” was helpful enough to order one to get delivered in less than a week, 2-3 days. Took my vehicle on a Saturday morning for my sunroof replacement. I was out of there in less than 2 hours, they have a complimentary waiting room. Overall very satisfied customer would definitely recommend.

These guys are great! Super friendly, fast, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I went in the middle of the week and was there for like 30 min to get my rear window fixed. Super affordable and straight forward.

the price is cheap, the service is very good, quick and fast, within an hour your glass is back to normal. They even clean all pieces of shatter glass for me. I am very satisfying with their job!!!

Car bipped 2x this year and came here. They took me in immediately, verified my insurance, and got it done with in 30 minutes. Staff are very quick, helpful, and friendly. They are also very transparent with any other damage done to the car if applicable.

5 freaking stars. I was literally in and out of there. I dropped my car off around 1 something to get two windows replaced and got a call that was car was ready by 3. Everything was just quick and easy and I didn't even have to worry about anything because they took great care of me. They even vacuumed my car for me!! Hoping I'll never find a reason to come back but if something does happen I'll definitely be back and will definitely be recommending this place to others.

I needed a window replaced. Called the same day for a quote, brought it in and it was done in less than an hour. A lot cheaper than quotes from other places too.

My front window got shattered by random rocks on the highway and I came here right away. Vanessa helped me through it and got me in and out within an hour! She helped me replace my front window flawlessly. In & Out auto glass gave me a very fair price and excellent service. 5/5 would recommend!
