The customer service was excellent! They made the process easy and were great about communicating in the progress of repairs. . They thought it would take two weeks but it took less than one week and the work they did was excellent! Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the repairs Husteads performed to paint damage on my car. The staff was courteous and professional, the shop kept me updated on the progress of the repair, they finished the job in a timely fashion, and there's no evidence that there was ever any damage. I would take my car here again should the need arise in the future.

Left side of car was damaged. Both front and back doors and rear quarter panel. Took one week (fast for the damage) and car looks great. Can't tell anything ever happened. Very happy.

Great service! Recently got my car fixed here after being rear ended on the freeway, it looks like new now. They also did great at keeping me updated with the process by sending text updates every step of the way.

This location is great. Got into an accident and with my insurance agent recommendation, had my vehicle repaired here. Made an appointment with Terry the front desk representative to walk through and hand over my keys to Francis who was my vehicles point of contact. Both of them was professional and easy to talk to and when it came to an issue, Francis didn't shy away from taking care of it right away. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. The only little trouble was, the people behind the counter, if you can ignore their pillow talk then all will go well, other than that, thank you to Terry, Francis and the Techs that took care of my vehicle and put it back together better than ever. I appreciate the win and you guys are awesome.

My rear bumper was scratched. Took it into Husteads for repair. Terrie, Francisco, and Carlos were all fabulous to deal with. Terrie is a bundle of joy and made my experience quick and easy. Francisco and Carlos addressed the cars needs. My bumper came out looking brand new. I highly recommend this auto body shop. If I could, I'd give them more than five stars.

I chose to get my car repaired here after a hit & run because it looked reliable & only a couple blocks from where I live.To make a long story short I had several items taken from my car while in possession of this body shop and when I brought it up to the manager he told me " my guys would never steal from our customers " and basically told me that they're not responsible for missing items also that's included in the contract.To which I can sort of understand but just because it says in the contract that they're not liable for lost or missing items doesn't give them the right to go in customers cars and take items.I will never get my car worked on here ever again

They charged the insurance company for new parts but glued back together the damaged parts in my car. They charged for the repairs more than my car was worth ($52000 worth repairs for $42000 car)

I went through insurance and had a great experience with this auto repair shop. The repair was done in a very timely manner and there were text notifications to keep me notified about the process. Excellent service.
