It's been a while since I felt that people were listening, but this nice lady came outside and listened intently. She brought us dog food and tell me where else I could get some help . She was helpful she didn't make me feel like she was annoyed with my presence and she even tolerated my dog trying to jump on her. THANK YOU

My experience at Hopalong mirrored Courtney Smith's. It's quite apparent that there's a notable gap in communication among the staff, particularly when it came to the "first come, first served" policy, which wasn't explained clearly. As someone passionate about animals – having adopted a dog and fostered a couple from the SPCA – I take these things seriously. Sadly, my interaction with Hopalong's personnel left much to be desired in terms of empathy. This has led me to decide against getting involved with their organization again.

Excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly. Informative. Professional. Great advise with regard to my new kitty. Angel is beautiful. Very shy at this point but we're new to her. Super sweet low key kitty. Great transaction. Highly recommended. A++++++
