THE OWNER HERE IS RACIST AND LAZY! She gave me the sloppiest manicure & refused to fix it! If she couldn't do the nails as shown, she should've NEVER STARTED THE SERVICE! I continued to guide her on how to properly do my nails, yet she continued to do what she wanted! I've never experienced such blant racism! She is a disgrace to the Asian community! I don't understand how anyone would feel comfortable spending your money here! Sucks bc her husband is so sweet & does good nails. I will continue to report her to California & the board!!!!! She also accused me of complaining as if I didn't have the means to pay! Like I just tipped your husband 10 dollars, no I don't wanna pay for no half lazy job. The entire shop gives shein sweat shop without the presence of her husband! The nerve to be Wearing fake designer accusing me of not wanting to pay?! She argued with me saying she always does my nails! MORE LIES, she only has done my eyebrows & lashes. specifically requested her husband to do my service bc what a dreadful experience she provides here!

Sooo over this nail shop ! I have been going here for years giving the owner the benefit of the doubt she does my eyes brows but always has an attitude today was the LAST STRAW ! A Guy asked what service I needed I told him just eye brows . So I Sat in there while the lady (rude ass owner) finished some one nails wasn't greeted by her or anything cool no problem. She finish the lady nails . The lady nails she just finished daughter comes in (yes while I've been sitting for 30mins ) and she takes her and does her eyebrows while still not even acknowledging that I was sitting there waiting for her to do my eyebrows . Very unpleasant experience. So if u want an unpleasant experience just ask to get service by the owner

When I tell you, this nail shop is a well kept secret I mean it. I have been coming here for almost 5 years now, I do not go anywhere else. Any time I go somewhere else I am disappointed. The staff? Amazing. Sweetest, down to earth people, hard working, artist! They are so amazing here they have regulars that come from places like Antioch because that's how great the service is at Queen Nails. If you get your eyebrows done here? You won't want to go anywhere else... everybody comes to get their eyebrows done by the QUEEN! People wait patiently on a busy day for her. I leave that place feeling like a million bucks every time. I leave that place with a new friend every time because it's thee nail shop everybody is family there. Do yourself a favor and come to queen nails. Sorry to the girls that had a bad experience, can't relate to that!

This was my third time I made an appt. The lady literally was not shaking my toe nails so I'm explaining to her like this toe is still sharp. The lady doing my hands goes she don't understand so I say okay can you pls explain she's not filling my toe nail she goes she's not done and I'm like yes she was and feel here it's still very sharp. She goes what shape and I'm like it's not about shape I want it smooth, feel here. She touches my other toe and says it's fine and I said I'm talking about here and here with where it's sharp on the edges. So she literally stops doing my feet and says wait for the other person and I'm like all she needs to do is file my edges. She's like she don't understand I'm like wow but what's even more crazy is the lady stops doing my hands. So I'm like okay all this bc I'm asking you to feel here and see where she's not smoothing out the nail after cutting it? I just ended up leaving. It was so rude and disrespectful and I literally just wanted her to do what I was paying for, to use a file to smooth out the nail after cutting it. SMH idk if it's all new ppl bc this wasn't who helped me the first two times I went. I literally no problems, perfect.

Came as a walk-in with my mom on Christmas Eve wanting last minute cute nails for the holidays. The spot itself looked like a typical old nail salon. Smelled like really strong nail polish and acetone. Not the nicest looking, but i wasn't gonna judge a book from its cover. They told us it would be 20-30 minute wait, but we ended up getting a spot in less than 20. I gave some inspo pics of what I wanted and Nini did such a great job! She was very thorough on cleaning around and shaping my nails, and also did well on the design. I liked that they had the UV light on both left and right sides of the table so both hands can set in. Very efficient! It came out to be $70 (without tip) for both my mom's and my set. Both gel too so it was pretty worth it imo

This place is really close to my house. They accept walk-in's and they're VERY reasonably priced. I got a basic mani & pedi with a French tip on my toes. I didn't get gel so I can't speak to that service or quality. But I will say they cleaned my nails sooooo nicely. They got every hang nail and my hands looked so clean after. My pedicure was really good too. This place is well priced, they work quick and the quality is REALLY good. This is exactly what I need for my busy schedule since I can just drop in when I have time. This wasn't a spa experience and I knew that going in. But it's definitely a gem and if you're looking for the basics done right come here!!

No. 1-This rating dosent reflect their professionalism, patience, tolerance, and expertise in people, nail design care.Do too the gas crutch we all are attempting to stay close to home and less driving. I was disturbed at lack of accessiblity to limited parking in the FruitVale Mall area. Before COVID19 that use to be people active with parking issues.No people activity or parking but i luck up finding a slot arround the corner.[All I see is lots of cars filling up parking spaces needlessly in our communities.]IT location is favorable is you stradel Alameda and Oakland border city line. I intend to go back again to save $6 on gas milliage and for their nail professionalism.
