Seriously - do you know how lucky we are to have a local tofu manufacturer? I love everything from Hodo - from their early days of farmer's market to large scale production of their products to provision every natural grocery store on the West Coast. The tofu burgers are my favorite.

The tofu is already drained and wonderfully seasoned. I’ve used it in wraps, stews and stir fries. It freezes very well, too.
