The owner wanted to charge me over $1000 for items that the UPS store on Redwood shipped for less than $300. He did this by exaggerating the number of boxes the items would require and by wildly over-charging for materials. When I went back to tell him that the UPS store (at the location he used to occupy) had beaten his price by a factor of 4, he offered to price match! Shameless! And while I waited in line to be treated like a sucker, I had to watch his son/assistant look for an endless list of menial tasks to do in order to avoid helping the store customers (me). Shamelessly dishonest and garbage customer service.

Good people providing consistently good service. I've used them for years even before they moved to the Keller location. Easy parking is a big plus.

Excellent. Handle everything with attention to detail, easy to deal with. I have rented mail-boxes from many companies in many different places, and this is by far the best. My mail always ends up in my box and not someone else's--sounds like a low bar, but that has never been true of any other place. If I don't pick up my mail for months, it's held for me, no problem. Or forwarded if i request. Reasonable rates (relatively). Highly recommend.

I had to drop off a package for a return and this was the closest FedEx shipping center to me. When I got there, there was plenty of parking and there was no line. All I had to do was hand the package to one of the employees and then I was all set! I was in and out in less than a minute.

Excellent customer service. I use this business for FedEx, faxing; shipping supplies etc. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable, even if you call them on the phone with questions. I have no issues recommending this business.

We have used the services of Hills Copy and Mail since 1998 when they were located on Redwood Road in Oakland. We could not be more pleased with the service we have received for over twenty years. This is a family-owned business and everyone is friendly, conscientious, and customer-centered. I should have written this review sooner, but with the rise of theft from porches, mailboxes, and mail trucks, it is well worth the money to know that our mail and packages are secure. Del H.
