They dump their broken down cars all over the neighboring streets. I'm not sure if they are just taking parts and leaving the shell but the city has had to come pick up dozens of smashed up and broken down cars in the neighborhood. Absolutely no respect for the neighborhood.

These people are hoarding bird/lime scooters so other people cant charge them and make money. You can clearly see them accumulating every day on the scooter apps.
