I have used Happy Dog Spa 4 or 5 times and I have had a different groomer every time. Having a different groomer is no big deal but 2 times I questioned if they even bathed my dogs. So it's a roll of the dice. It's very convenient for them to come to the house but if they don't do a great job it kinda bugs me. It's a lot of money.

They seemed nice enough the one time I was able to get an appointment. But the next time I called, they were booking 4 months out! I couldn't believe it! Now they just say they aren't taking new clients at all, so don't bother calling.

Our pupp has been going to happy dog spa for some 6-7 years now. Over the years we’ve tried others and usually regretted it.This place truly cares for our fur baby who is super anxious about grooming. They are reliable, fast and caring and do an amazing job.

Great please too bath ur dog. The bathing area is always clean and ready. I've had terrible experiences with places like pet express in fremont. There tubs are never clean and when they are not they try and blame everyone but themselves

2nd time to bring my friend's baby BRACKEN here. I met Suzanne, the owner, very pleasant lady. RAVEN did the haircut of Bracks, and AS USUAL...AN A+++. i raved about RAVEN and asked the owner to hire more groomer like her.

I took my dog here for over a year and generally I was satisfied. I finally chose a new groomer because this place gets overly booked for Saturday appointments. Also, it seems like they try to service as many dogs as possible so my dog would get stressed. They would comment about my dog's anxious and assertive behavior, something which hasn't happened with other groomers. I kept to myself but I knew that it was because they want to get the dogs in and out of there. One time I was surprised they called me to pick her up within an hour after dropping her off and they told me she was "bitey". I knew very well it happened because they rushed the service. My dog has always been an anxious dog and I never got any complaints from any groomer. I had no choice but to stop using them because they couldn't book my dog for a Saturday appointment for over three months. They explained that they were booking all customers until the end of the year so that's all that was available. If you have a fairly calm dog and you're available weekdays then this place will work for you. They did a nice job 90% of the time but it depends on the groomer. There were a couple of times that my dog didn't look that awesome.

Our dog looks and smells wonderful! We stopped going to our previous groomer because our dog would get very nervous when entering the building. However, at Happy Dog Spa our dog perks up when he enters the spa. He is happy to see them and they are happy to see him.
