Extremely accommodating, patient, helpful, and kind folks work at this store. I mailed out a few things over the last week, and from the massive furniture return (curse you, Wayfair!) to eBay boxes, I received such personal and personable service that it turned around my entire day. Thank you!

This guy is like a character from my childhood. He has all the packing supplies you need. He sold me a weird box size to ship my printer that I could not find anywhere else. He packs and ships stuff for people as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a good person, you should give him your business. Highly recommend .

Called just to see what they do exactly and if they could palatalize a few small machines. I was spoken to like I was asking an outrageous question very quick to dismiss I asked if he could send me in the right direction and rudely told to go use a computer. Horrible attitude and I found him on the computer I wouldn't even bother with this company they don't have helping in mind

We had a large amount of valuable Art and glassware Stored in Santa Barbara warehouse. Wished it carefully packed and shipped to our new home in Kirkland Washington . Charlie at Handle With Care Packaging, did this, with excellent communication and delivery results. We chose a White Glove Service. Every piece from 6 foot delicately carved Art pieces to crystal wine glasses, arrived and were unpacked flawlessly!! What a pleasure to experience what Fine Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I brought in a package with a prepaid FedEx return label. While they don't offer ALL the services that a dedicated FedEx site would, the benefits outweigh the negatives. Cons: they won't package your item even if the company prepaid for it; they don't give you a receipt for the return. Pros: free parking right in front of the store; friendly staff; super convenient location; supporting a local business. Even if they don't provide return receipts you can take a pic of the tracking number on the label. And its not a big deal to box up the item myself. So glad to have this service in the neighborhood!

After looking up Yelp for shipping supplies - specifically wine shipping boxes - and calling all over Oakland and the West Bay in search of them, I lucked out in finding exactly what I needed here at this petite packaging and shipping store along Piedmont Avenue. Even though the box I ended up getting was obviously used and salvaged from a prior shipment, it was still in good condition and worked just fine for the dozen bottles of wine (worth a combined $1500) that I was able to move cross-country with nary a scratch, thanks to Alaska Airlines' free checked-wine policy. Mission accomplished!

Super convenient and helpful shipping spot. The men who work here are always friendly and helpful. The parking is easy. I use them mostly for drop off of UPS and FedEx packages I'm sending, but by the looks of the store they also do sophisticated and complicated packing and shipping work. They also sell shipping supplies.
