I asked for a trim. I showed the older female stylist with my fingers what to cut off. I was very clear before I sat down and confirmed the stylist could cut curly hair. I asked her not to cut my into the curls because of the curl shrinkage and please trim a tiny bit (1/3rd of an inch). She confirmed she could cut short hair and the trim/details requested. She repeated back to me what I said.
She asked me to bend my head down. when I raised my head up again in a matter of minutes my hair was gone.
I came in with hair on my shoulders and left with a short bob. I would have gone to a hair school if I wanted an inexperienced hairstylist to trim my hair. My hair looks like a child cut it. It looks awful. It’s not even. I could scream!!!
They don’t have a place to wash or rinse your hair. It’s a dry bar situation. It’s $28 for a botched hair cut. Expensive for nothing.
I will never go back. You should avoid this place at all costs!

You have to be careful on who cuts your hair, I've tried them over the las six or seven years because my stylist jisnt available and I've gotten two bad haircuts. I just went 4days ago and Jennifer cut the back of my hair too high and uneven. It seems the stylist don't have experience

can’t follow simple directionsFirst time I went I asked for them to cut a little in the front and short on the sides and back, and I felt they made it short everywhereSo 2nd time I made sure to be clear so I asked them to cut a very little amount on the top, I held my hair and showed them I only wanted like less than a cm cut on the front just to even it out, but they cut like a whole inch and a half, i feel like when I told them how much I wanted cut they weren’t really paying attention

I recently went back here as I've been cutting my own hair all during Covid. Frankly, I think I can do just as good if not a better job myself although it takes me longer and is a bit of a hassle. I'm glad they're still wearing masks here because you can't really wear a mask while getting a haircut yourself and you can never be too careful being that close to people. The cut was just OK though, a negative is she didn't even show me the back or anything once she was done which is normally customary. Turns out the back could've been done a bit better. They've also raised their prices here as well so I am not really excited about going here again.

This location charged me $25 for a cut. I have never been charged that much at Great Clips.
Normal cost has always been $16. I will never set foot in this Great Clips location again. In addition they did not give me a Senior or Military discount.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now for my haircuts. Its great for no frills, no gossip salon service. The only drawback is that you def have to return home to shower right after your visit - hair everywhere! LOL

The back of my hair was a grown out mullet that I wanted to be a short bob with minimal layering. Mary-Anne executed this in under 10 minutes, and I have no complaints. Very low-stress, quick, inexpensive haircut that I was happy with!

All the hair stylists are skilled , friendly, & efficient (though I prefer Marian the best). The cuts make my hair look really good, and the haircut lasts... looks good & is easy to manage for weeks.
