During a recent shower remodel We shopped the local big box stores for prices as well as merchandise. Home Depot had the shower glass we wanted called Rain. Unfortunately, we needed a larger size than the stock size on the floor and special orders are done on line. We were hoping to get assistance at customer service but were told that special orders are done online only. We'll we didn't feel comfortable and there's no refund on special orders. At Granite Expo they have it all, bathroom vanities, shower doors with the hardware, tile, kitchen cabinets, and more. The best part was they have customer service!! They were able to answer our questions, assist us with our special order and their selection and prices are great. Orders were timely and made for a good experience!

The place looks like an Old unused warehouse..but the prices are really cheap n affordable, but the way to reach is so shady you won't prefer going there.If you are going with family please go during the day and avoid evening times.Dont expect it to be a place like KZ Kitchen n Bath, HB Kitchen n Bath but you can expect to get good prices.Happy Bath n Kitchen Remodeling.

I have been patronizing Granite Expo since 2003, and the Customer Service has always been, wonderful! There is, however, one Customer Service Rep, who never fails, me! She's ALWAYS, very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and welcoming! The hospitality she gives, keeps, me, promoting the Company to my client's, and have helped me to have a reliable source, for my Remodel Business! I'd like to say Thank You, to NINA, for the many times, she's assisted me, in bringing a Quality Remodel to my Client base! You are Appreciated!

We would like to thank Kelly for going the extra mile in helping us get the granite for our counter. When we got to her location to select the piece of granite she had someone take us back to select it, but it looked different than the granite we saw in the main store, and only had one left handed piece. We went and asked Kelly if we could change to another piece we found. Kelly took us back to the warehouse and helped us select the right piece for our counter. Not only did we get a better piece but we also got a better price. Thank you very much Kelly!

Enjoyed Granite Expo visit. Wish I'd gone there earlier in my project. I'm renovating a rental apartment. I was able to browse unassisted. I received helpful assistance when needed. Store had very few customers. This store sells many items other than granite countertops.
