I live on the other side of the country and was able to have flowers sent to a friend. I ordered online and needed to delay delivery for an undetermined amount of time. When I called back finally to resume the order, the staff were already prepared and got them out the next day. The flowers were delivered over 2 weeks ago and are still going strong according to my friend. Great customer service and a great product.

I received flowers from here today I was already outside when the delivery guy game to my door. I was not impressed at all by the quality. Some of the flowers looked nice or ok and some were already clearly wilting and dying. It looked like they had some older flowers that they didn't want to throw away and just decided to mix them in with fresh ones and make this arrangement.

Our son and his fiancée sent us a condolences bouquet from Grand Flowers. It was beautiful, in pale yellows and whites, with roses, stock, snapdragons, carnations, alstroemeria -- as you can see in the photo. The flowers were really fresh too, and they are still going over a week later. One of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever received.

I recently went to Grand Flowers and bought some flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. They had a wide variety of fresh flowers to pick from. I told them my budget and they made a beautiful bouquet that lasted a week with my mom.Thank you Grand Flowers! I’ll be back soon!

Very convenient location. I stopped in the area today for coffee and wanted something pretty to brighten my day and as quickly accommodated. I told them what my range was and they arrange a beautiful bouquet of various flowers and greenery. It also helps that the arrangement smells amazing.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's quiet hour and they were never delivered. The order was placed on Monday for a Friday service. The order was paid in full the same day. All of the delivery detail given for the floral stand and a banner from my husband and his siblings. On the day of the quiet hour there were no flowers. I tried calling the florist and they don't have an answering machine. I wrote and email but the funeral was the next day. I received a phone call during the funeral with an apology but it can not make up for a missed delivery of something so important. They offered to deliver the flowers after the funeral. When families are hurting it is so unfortunate that a business can't provide decent service. If you order please follow up with them to make sure you get what you pay for.
