They did a great printing of posters. When the laminate didn't stick, I came back in for help. They didn't charge me for the fix and they were professional and kind about it. Thank you for your kindness and support!

Can't thank Rajiv and his business partner for saving the day! I needed a series of posters and banners produced for a surprise birthday party I was throwing. Low and behold, Grand Copy Center guaranteed they can get the job done by the next business day. Not only was I impressed with their quick turnaround time but their quality of service and print is unparalleled to other printers out there. Don't go to FedEx or other print studios if you're looking for quality and fast service. Thank you so much Raj!

I have been a regular customer of Grand Copy for 10 years. They no longer want to serve the likes of you and me. They care about serving only corporate clients with big accounts. And the way they let us loyal customers know about their change is by tripling the price of their services for small jobs. So you walk in the door all smiling with copies to be made by your kind Grand Copy friends and BAM!!! That'll now cost you your firstborn. May they find out the hard way that customer service matters. Word of mouth matters. The person with the small job may be the person with the big job next month. No love is lost on these guys. I'm done. It's a divorce and the feeling is mutual.Their 5 Star review rating is based on their previous business model that served individuals, small businesses, and larger companies. It is not a reflection of their current business or customer service.

Raj at Grand Copy Center is a gem. He sponsored a group of Oakland little leaguers going to Cuba to play baseball games against local kids and engage in a cultural exchange. He provided us a large vinyl banner so we could thank our other sponsors. It looks fantastic and, not only did he provide it for free, he was helpful and very easy to work with.

Over 20 years of doing business with GCC and they want to start charging $10 for a one page paper scan?! After our loyalty?? Poor customer experience. Never again!!!

I love this place. Prices the same as online, easy same day service and they have a reasonably priced Notary (owner) on staff every time I've dropped in.
