Worst experience ever have with any Freightliner Agency. Dropped my truck here a Month ago just for a ABS sign on dashboard screen . They were not even able to find the problem until i contact my mechanic.. & charge me for diagnosis again & again they charge me more than $5000 & waste my 28 days just to change a sensor

They have inexperienced mechanic i drop my truck over here from a month they don’t found the problem in my truck and i call to another freight liner agency in fresno they tell to them what’s problem in my truck then they fix it and they charge me 4 times diagnose money and they didn’t found the problem please don’t come to this agency

My fiancé s truck has been in the shop for over two weeks, still no diagnosis as to what is wrong. Now need an oil pan replaced when there was no damage prior. His Company considering moving truck to different shop. This business appears to be difficult to communicate with and impossible to accomplish a task.
Update: lo and behold! Now we are waiting on a part coming from Memphis. The bosses on both sides are pressuring, we are fuming, the bank accounts are emptying and we are just 15 days into this repair. I’m not sure how this shop stays in business, truckers need their trucks, freightliners deserve a better reputation than what this shop has to offer

From this date, and a couple days before when coming in for a ABS light sensor problem and oil pm change. Sat out for 2-3 days to come back to with the same problem of the ABS issue on my truck. Until this day on Friday, they're now just putting it in priority although the previous work done beforehand was done sub-par to satisfaction. Front desk seemed more understanding than the mechanics working on the truck being down for more than 3 days so far.

If I could give zero stars, specifically for the parts department, I would. We called to place an order for a part in October. The staff member we spoke to said the part was ordered, and we didn't need to take any further action. We called back in November to check in and find out if the part had arrived. To our surprise, we were told there was no record that the part was ordered. The person on the phone (B) advised that they would order the part. The part was ordered and paid for (so we thought). We called back towards the end of November to find out if the part had arrived. I was advised that the order number I had wasn't correct and couldn't be found, and the person who placed the order would call me back. SO, no call back, I had to call again. I spoke with (B) again, and he advised that the part was not ordered and that I needed to request a refund and reorder the part. After questioning him about why I needed to reorder the part, he hung up in my face. So, it turns out he forgot to order the part. ZERO, accountability. After two months we finally received the part and to our surprise, it was the wrong part!!! I had to drive all to the way back to return the part and obtain a refund. I spoke with Manger (J) of the parts department, and after sharing the issue with him, he was not apologetic AT ALL and very quickly passed me off the accounting manager. After obtaining a refund from the very nice accounting manager, I realized I would rather drive to a much further location next time instead of counting on these guys to do their jobs properly. Completely, unacceptable!
