“It was recommended by a friend to come here for locally made gifts. We arrived at 2:41 today which is a Saturday afternoon. They’re times of operation today I believe are from 12-4 PM . They were closed. Although I was disappointed I hope we can visit the shop soon since it looks really cute based on the photos. I would suggest calling the shop ahead of time to make sure they’re actually open during their specified time so that you don’t waste a trip.”

“This delightful shop has been my yearly go-to for all things Christmas shopping. They have gifts of all kinds; gifts for the cooks, cocktail drinkers, game fanatics, adventurers/nature lovers, and spiritual/horoscope gifts! Be aware, everything is very high quality, so prepare to spend a pretty penny when checking out. The staff is always so warm and friendly and they offer gift wrapping! Truly love this shop, I could spend hours here just hunting for the perfect gift.”
“Terrific items and wonderful service. The owner has now helped me twice and has always been very very helpful. I was unaware though of a fee on my credit card until i got home on the first occasion and my wife pointed this out. I don't understand why this should be....i don't think i have ever encountered this in my life without a sign telling you about this OR being offered the choice of cash or credit ahead of time . This should be corrected immediately or just done away with. Its kind of tacky in an exquisite shop with beautiful merchandise. I will not stop shopping there because of this because its so great to have this paragon of a gift shop close by us.”

“Wasn't sure what to make of this shop when I first moved into the neighborhood, but two years later I don't know what I'd do without it! They have a very well-curated selection of cards, way better than you'd find in a drug store or supermarket. They also have a constantly rotating collection of random giftable items that have helped me out in a pinch on several occasions. Prices might be a bit higher than some other places, but good taste doesn't come cheap!”
“From Tara-Nicholle's review - "totally stuffed to the gills" may be the biggest selling point and biggest gripe I have with Maison d'Etre. It's nearly impossible to move around when there's more than a handful of people in this shop, but that inspires you to look at everything more closely and enjoy every detail and the curation by the owners. They do have lots of handmade items, minimal vintage, and anything you could want to gift your friends and loved ones, and more often than note a treat for yourself too!”

“They have a LOT of gift options, and you can order completely online for delivery or pick up. I did pick up, and they call you when it's ready. You go up to the door and ask the person sitting there for your order, and then you are done! This is a typical gift store, ie cute stuff, but none the less STUFF. They are unique and do have useful gifts, but just wanted to warn y'all that would rather give useful things and not just cutesy "idk what to get you" gifts.”
