Just got my BMW x3 serviced here , they were very thorough with their inspection and also letting me know what’s wrong with the car , I came in already knowing some of the problems , but was great to know they also see those problems and also others , they were able to walk me through the steps to getting it fixed , , they also have a great response with emails sending you a link , where you can check the progress of the maintenance, and I thought that was cool , and also if they need to add more things , in that link you can approve or decline the changes , was super cool and easy , definitely going to be coming back here ! Reasonable price as well! For all the work that got done . I’m just happy to get my car working perfectly again ??

This is overdue but none the less I couldn't be happier to have found a local shop to work on my 2015 golf. I am a female and well I don't know crap about cars so anytime I have had to deal with car troubles you know the anxiety level is at its worst. I had the car vandalized recently with a hole in the gas tank (I still love you Oakland) ...they fixed it right away and stayed in communication with me the entire time. The staff has been amazing and I would highly recommend Jose and team to anyone. I have found my shop albeit I hope I dont' have to visit often. :) Tiffany

I just called this shop and Jorge (the owner) gave me a great pricing rate to get my front brakes fixed. I must say this is a better rate than the other auto company i called prior to calling Jorge. Let’s just say I’m saving $300 when I schedule an appointment with his business.

Jorge, the owner, is an awesome guy. This is my go to place for all my car needs because they go above and beyond and the prices are very reasonable.I brought in my BMW 328i with electrical issues, which the BMW agency was not able to diagnose let alone fix.Jorge and team ran their diagnostics, tried to re-use/refurbish the damaged part in an attempt to save me money. That speaks a lot about their honesty and ethics!All the while they had my car, waiting for the parts, they kept it covered, and even gave me a loaner!!! Did I say they go above and beyond?!Lastly, they kept me informed all throughout the process and finally my car was fixed in a very timely manner.Now they're working on my wife's A3. I'm very glad to have found them.

Jorge Perez tried to steal my car. My 2000 911 C4 was towed to his location due to a tow truck driver misunderstanding. (May 22, 2023) I gave Mr. Perez an opportunity to diagnose the car's problems. I spoke with Mr. Perez the following day when he told me the IMS had failed and the engine was blown. (He was not aware that I had I new engine and IMS installed about 30k prior.) I set an appointment to see the car with Mr. Perez the following day. (May 24, 2023)When I arrived, the car was in the lot and no space was available for my inspection. The metal shavings found in the engine oil were claimed to have been found and the engine was seized. Mr. Perez offered no repair estimate but instead Mr. Perez offered by buy the car for $2000. Mr. Perez granted my request to think the offer over. I set a meeting with Mr. Perez for Saturday (May 27,2023) but via text asked if we could move the meeting until Monday. I heard nothing back. I called on May 30 but got the machine. I showed up to his shop on June 1 with a tow truck to take the car to another shop. And Mr. Perez was pissed.So pissed in fact he charged me $1170 in storage fees on top of his $246.67 in "diagnostic" work. He should be avoided.

I was in a bind. Key wouldn't work/ turn over on a Fri night. Called and he answered . Had it tow there and he fixed it Saturday morning. I don't know if I could had it done cheaper somewhere else but time was a Huge factor for me to get my audi back before Monday for work. It works and he seems like a good dude

I don't really think i could say enough good things about this place. The recent storms got water into the headlight of my bmw 535d. If sny of you have been in this hell you know how insanely expensive replacing the headlight is. I talked to pretty much every shop in town and fid insane research. These guys probably saved me $2k! Snd they did an awesome service on the car. I now have my new mechanic. I'm not taking my beemer anywhere else!
