I consider myself a humble person. I left the ding on my car to remind me that I'm not perfect. It finally got to me because "my not perfect moment" was a profoundly idiotic move. I was parked too close to a huge cement pole that was very easy to see, and I crunched my driver's side door. The dent wasn't bad, but the white paint transfer was a badge of dishonor. Soooo, I decided to get it looked at. My friend used the little body shop at 10th Street in Oakland for years, and I guess they got bought out by this megalithic body shop conglomerate. Guess what? They still give awesome service! I went in to get my shame evaluated, and Vu said he could get rid of all that white paint for. . . Wait for it . . . FREE! And sure enough, he did! I can live with the small dent. I need to remain humble. Thank you, Vu!

Everyone at this location really cares about customer service. Everything they said they would do was accomplished and they even cleaned my car inside and out! Caring, professional and expedient....I highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience working with Vu Ly. He conducted a thorough walk-thru of a vehicle I brought him. At each point of this inspection he explained the cost breakdown while building up my confidence to accept his estimate. He doesn’t come off as a person trying to hustle me into signing any contracts. But a person truly genuine in providing me with excellent service.
Highly recommended that you bring your vehicles here for their services.

Went and got my car repaired here after East Bay Paratransit hit my parked Mercedes. Vu Ly was extremely helpful in helping me communicate with East Bay Paratransit's insurance company and was able to get the repairs done very quickly. I got a rental vehicle from Enterprise on Embarcadero in Oakland and Crash Champions even let me leave my rental car there when I picked up my car and took care of the return of the rental for me. I highly recommend this autobody shop for their excellent customer service.

Made an appointment over the phone. Had my car towed over, at which point they refused to accept it, saying they were at capacity. What’s the point of making an appointment then?

I have just gotten my car fixed there. Before putting my car there, I went to a couple of different body shops. This body shop win my Championship. In deed, it had done a wonderful job, and my car is finished before the schedule. The people I talked mostly are AJ and Gabby . They are professional. partially AJ like a lovely boy of my neighbor.

Crash Champions on 10th street is AMAZING. The team there is all very helpful and kind, and the process of getting an estimate and then fixing the car was very smooth. Renee was the absolute best. She explained everything about the insurance coverage and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!

Called and some rude lady picked up - won't be taking our car here. Don't shout at people or talk to them like they are stupid because they can't hear you because of some noise in YOUR background.

See the reviews for George V Arth... They recently became "Crash Champions", and when I learned that I thought "oh oh, I've trusted George V Arth for 30 years (not that I get in that many crashes, but when I do, this is the ONLY place I'd go...) what do I do now?" I was sooooo relieved to find out that Renee and most of the same crew are still running the show. Still the same great and personal service, still the same great quality. The shop is still in the same place and as clean and well run as ever. Whew! Thank you!!!

These are the champions, my friends.After visiting five other repair shops, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of this garage. I was received promptly at the time of my appointment and Vu Ly was friendly and efficient in examining my Toyota Prius, which had been sideswiped while parked on a public street. I was permitted to keep my car, which was still drivable, until needed parts came in for the repair.The work was finished in four days (earlier than they had estimated and weeks before the competing shops could promise), my car was washed inside and out, and I was called to pick it up with plenty of time before closing on a holiday weekend.Vu even offered me a money-saving solution for some additional cosmetic work that would improve the appearance of my aging vehicle.They furthermore managed the relationship with my insurance company beautifully. I’m really fortunate to have chosen Crash Champions, wish them my best and have respect and appreciation for Vu Ly, whose customer service was excellent.

I am very impressed with Crash Champions. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have an automated system that provides text messages that keep you up to date on the status of your repair and estimated completion date so you aren't left wondering when your vehicle will be ready. Hopefully, I will not need their services again, but if I do, I won't think twice about calling them. My vehicle looks perfect again!

Very dispointed. The only reason I did this claim here was because they said they could take care of my other scratches, gave me a quote, we were scheduled to do the insurance job and my out of pocket hood and side door. They are unorganized and none of the other work was done I was in Hawaii making it pointless. How do you overlook a detais like that, repeatedly? A complete waste of my valuable time.
