“The actual in person service was absolutely top notch. They were compassionate, helpful, present, and in generally just very helpful on a very difficult day.The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that they were difficult to get a hold of on the phone, which can be frustrating. That is the only complaint I had with them, the actual service was performed wonderfully and they handled the coordination with the transportation and floral companies very well.”
