We had a great experience here! We needed about two dozen custom printed shirts of different sizes for a virtual birthday party. The end product was completed on time and at high quality. We were even able to pick them up on relatively short notice after hours. I would highly recommend Forthrite printing to anyone looking for a custom print services.

I first found Forthrite in the Spring of 2013 what I had a project that needed t-shirts, tote bags, and other swag. Lucky for me this shop was in my hood. As a designer that offers a variety of products to my clients , it is really important to have a trusted screen printer. Because of the excellent and — I'll say it — forthright communications, I never thought twice about utilizing the shop several more times before I moved from the bay area. I'm not out there any more, I'm 3000 miles away on the east coast, but I still send people to Fothrite Printing because I want my clients to have high quality printing with exceptionally professional service.

As an advertising/marketing professional, this is one of the best print shops I've worked with. I have been using them for a couple of years now for a wide range of products and services for both personal to professional jobs. The owner Conor's passion is so evident in his attention to detail and work ethic. They have a great online platform that allows for customization and uploading files. I truly appreciate how seamless it is to work with this shop, their competitive pricing and their quick turn around time(!). If you're in the east bay (or elsewhere), I highly recommend working with this local shop. You will not be disappointed.

Paid for a job to be done by a certain date (weeks out). Never received calls or notification of the job progress. I patiently waited, excited to get my prints. A few day AFTER the job was promised to be completed, I called to see what the hold up was. To my surprise, not only had they not finished my job, they hadn't even started it. And to top it off, they were NOW no longer interested in doing the project they had contracted to do. WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. Go elsewhere.

Gave plenty of advanced notice to get our job done. When the deadline came, I got a call saying that Forthrite was no longer interested in doing the job. I'm still shocked that the job was handled this way. Now I'm having to scramble to find someone to rush and get it done.

Bottom line, Bad customer service. Wouldn't count on them delivering your project if you have a deadline. Found out the day AFTER it was due, that they hadn't even started it or notified us that they were behind.

Very frustrated with this company. They committed to having some prints done for me by a certain deadline so I paid them in advance. They called me two days AFTER my deadline to inform me that they “weren’t interested in doing my prints anymore” and they felt confident we could “find someone else to do them” now I have to start over and get back in line with another company. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or take a chance with forthrite. Go somewhere else.

So happy to have found this place! I needed a small batch of one-color screen printed posters. Not many places would do less than 50 prints, but Conor was very easy-going and gracious and got 25 prints done in under a week, for a very reasonable price. Most of all, they look awesome! Very very happy customer.
