I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely excellent service. I call on Saturday at 10am and they said they could handle my car brakes issues. It turned into brakes,two tires,brakes disc and bushing. He promised completion at 2pm. He finished all repair on time as stated. I would gladly return my vehicle if I needed service again. Please don't judge your repair shop by appearance but by quality of work performance. This was my first ever visit to this shop.

Thank you Jit for fixing my car quickly and for a fair price.
Rear brake rotors were warped and needed to be resurfaced and brake pads needed to be replaced.
The tire shop that alerted me to this doesn’t do resurfacing and wanted to charge me three times the price to replace the rotors, which have plenty of thickness left.
First Choice Auto saved me a lot of money and I feel good that these rotors were not discarded unnecessarily.
They did this work quickly and with little notice, which is really appreciated when it comes to brakes in particular.
