We purchased a mattress today from the owner Frank. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what we wanted. He explained the differences of the firmness of the mattresses. I highly recommend Fine Concept Furniture.

Been shopping for couches or sofa beds. Came across Fine Concept Furniture. Spoke with Frank, who is the owner about prices & inventory. He explained thst he didn't have the sofa bed that I wanted but could order it in another color. I told I would come in & see what he have in stock. Came in a few days later & looked around. Saw 3 that looked great. Told him I'll be back in a few days after I decided which one I wanted. Sent him the pix of the couch that I wanted. Told him I'll be back with a deposit or full amount the following week. Came today and purchased the sofa that I wanted. He delivered it the same day. Thank you Frank. Your customer was awesome. I will back in the future to buy furniture

When my husband and I first had to find bedroom furniture, I went to over 15 places over a couple months. No one had things I liked at reasonable prices. Then I went to Fine Concept and met Frank. He had a great selection, and for some furniture could even customize the color of the wood staining. I was able to get relatively simple bedroom furniture made out of real wood for around the same cost as I was seeing elsewhere for particle board. The second time we needed furniture, we went straight to Frank, and chose our new set super easily. One of the best parts of working with Frank is that he doesn't mess around with pricing. Without any kind of haggling, his pricing beats the competitors, and he provides much better service with no pressure. Seriously a class act all around.

We needed a very firm mattress for my elderly mother and Frank was extremely helpful in helping us make the right selection. The prices were very reasonable (we did not need to bargain at all), service was excellent, and he even customized the size of the mattress for us to exactly meet our requirements. Delivery was done very promptly by Frank himself. We also ordered a bed and Frank delivered and assembled it himself. I was very impressed by his courtesy, his thoughtfulness (he even provided a memory foam pillow for my mother), and his excellent customer service.

Wow, this is such a hidden gem of a furniture store, I am very glad I dropped by to check out some of their products. There are some great deals here! Definitely comparable to ikea prices, and quality is there too! Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area

Our family is a loyal customer of Fine Concept. We have been shopping with them for years. Customer service is friendly, helpful and not pushy. Their furniture selections are great and affordable. I compared pricing with other vendors I have been browsing around and Fine Concept has the better deal. I will definitely recommend this store.
