I absolutely adore Anne & Lois. They've given me great advice, are always quick and easy to work with. AND they're both delightful. I look forward to my meetings with them. One particular example of the help they gave me -- Anne knew I hadn't refinanced my mortgage. She called me in 2021 when rates were at the lowest, and got me through the process really quickly. That saved me over 25% of my monthly costs!

After losing several tax accountants, we finally found Financial Fitness Center. Jennifer James was our accountant and we loved her. When this year's taxes rolled around I knew it would be a tough year. I had capital gains to deal with and Jennifer was our go-to person. But she wasn't at Financial Fitness Center. I was frustrated because all I heard was, "She's no longer with us. Here's your new person." I didn't want a new person. I Googled Jennifer and found her on LinkedIn. I contacted her and was relieved she would be doing our taxes. Money is a funny thing: you don't want just anyone handling it. And I think Financial Fitness Center could have handled the communication a little better. For instance, Jennifer's picture is still on this Yelp site. What's that about??

I feel lucky to have found FFC. Anne helped with a few difficult tax challenges a number of times. I used to go to H&R Block and the service seemed adequate at the time but I learned later that I was not given complete paperwork . FFC provides very detailed, thorough and professional services. FFC helped me with some complicated financial transactions and I am really glad I jumped from H&R Block to FFC.

My pre-printed tax vouchers had another company's Tax ID number on them, so I was paying my State taxes to another company. I am paying thousands in accounting fees to undo this mess. Response time is horrible, there is a lack of accountability and professionalism.

I used to fear and loathe tax season. After some pretty bad experiences with other tax preparers in the past, I was referred to Financial Fitness Center by a longtime client and booked an appointment with Carol. I cannot recommend her highly enough and wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Carol has been resourceful, engaging and easy to talk to and has helped me take care of and wrap up my taxes over the last few years at a VERY reasonable price. She has also helped me figure out and organize my itemized deductible expenses since I'm self-employed and has been able to answer all of my questions and ease all of my worries.

I Switched to Jennifer James at financial fitness a few years ago to handle my business and personal tax filings. Best decision ever! I gave her my previous years tax returns done by my former tax accountant and she caught so many mistakes and left out deductions that we filed an amended tax return for previous years and got paid! She is also fun to work with and cares about her clients.
