Susanna is a great teacher. The class was engaging and we had just enough time to complete the project in the 4 3-hour sessions. Susanna was also flexible in scheduling and letting me join another class on a day I couldn't make it.

My wife and I took an intro class. Susanna is a great teacher and we made some pieces that we love looking at. Some people work faster than others, and she did a great job of managing that. We really enjoyed the class.

WARNING VERY ADDICTIVE! after enrolling in a beginning class with Suzanna It only took 2 weeks for me to decide to continue with advanced learning.The space is open and bright and I have met so many great people who are also obsessed with this fun trade! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm hooked. And it is totally Susanna's fault. . I have always wanted to learn how to do stained glass. The colors...the light shining through the glass...the creativity of design...the intricacy of a puzzle that comes together...all of it has always teased my brain and driven me to want to learn more. And then, last month, I did it. I finally signed up for a class at Feral Studio. And it was everything and more than I hoped. The perfect studio space. The kindest and most creative teacher. Other students who share my obsession. Piece one was a smashing success and I am already in the next class with my own design in process. Thank you, Susanna. I feel like I found stained glass and SO MUCH MORE at Feral Studio .

None of us had ever worked with stained glass but we took a one-day class at Feral Studio to make suncatchers as a birthday party. Susanna was patient and friendly and good-natured and explained things clearly as many times as we needed and by the end of the day we all had stained glass suncatchers to bring home! The studio is bright with light and there was plenty of room for seven of us to work and there was lots of different colors and kinds of glass to choose from. We all had a good time.

what a wonderful day of creative play at feral glass! the studio is beautiful and filled with light. and our teacher, susanna, was really wonderful. so warm, welcoming, encouraging and kind. she took us step by step, with clear instructions and demonstrations. it was a such a fun way to spend the day: laughing and learning something new together. i was amazed at the beautiful sun catchers we each created.

I loved taking this class! Susanna has a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly encouraging/helpful. I felt like she offered just the right amount of both instruction and space. The pace of the class was on par for me as a beginner and with Susanna's help, I created a piece of artwork that I adore! Thank you :)

I absolutely loved learning to make stained glass with Susanna. I was a total beginner and she walked us through the process in her beginner’s class step by step. As an instructor, she’s the perfect mix of helpful and lets you do your own thing. Her studio is peaceful and the atmosphere in class is great. I can’t wait to take more classes and I’m so happy with the piece I made with Susanna’s help.

I can't say enough good things about Susanna + her classes. She's an excellent teacher - patient, thorough, helpful, clear, and celebrates all your small accomplishments as you learn how to make stained glass. A great part is that she keeps the class size small so you get a lot of personal instruction. I have taken both a beginner and introductory class, and I can't wait to take more classes. Sure - I could do this on my own (and now am thanks to the toolkit Susanna makes available for purchase) - but honestly the class time with others, a dedicated studio, and of course support from a master makes coming back totally worth it.

I took a beginner's stained glass class with Susanna and had the best time learning this super cool art/skill/trade! I highly recommend taking a class or gifting someone this experience. I loved cutting each piece of glass, grinding and sanding it down, wrapping it in copper foil, soldering the pieces together, framing it and finally hanging it! The hardest part of this project was choosing glass! So many different colors and textures to choose from. I am inspired to make another piece and look forward to learning from Susanna again. She’s easy going, talented, and a great teacher!

Took an intro level class with Susanna. She was a great teacher and I had fun learning and chit chatting with the other classmates. The class was small (3 people myself included) and the studio space was well lit and pleasant to be in.
