FedEx Express provides extremely helpful service, with a manager and team that can assist with important package interceptions even on short notice and on a Sunday. For drivers, the process is efficient. With an appointment, you arrive at the guard shack where co-drivers must present ID. The guard takes paperwork and provides a receipt. TSA then escorts you with a cart, indicates where to place your trailer, and escorts you back to the gate. They inform you where to find empty trailers. The location allows parking to sleep if needed and offers a building with actual bathrooms, showers, and vending machines. The service is fast, with one driver reporting being in and out in five minutes. It is a place absolutely recommended by customers.
