Still waiting on a quote on a simple CNC AL part 7 days and counting... wouldn't say they are fast and responsive given my experience thus far.Job numbers: 13201 and 13200

Recently printed a model and it arrived deformed, cracking and warped. Fathoms explanation was "the heat wave" in the Midwest caused the issues. In my experience they're not willing to stand behind their work or work with customers to find a solution.

They were nice enough on the phone, but the estimate that I received on a project was insanely high ($10,000 for 50 units). They may be good for a prototype, but manufacturing is definitely not their wheelhouse.
