I saw a lot of positive comments so I decided to call them... at first they didn't answer me because maybe they were busy so I left my information, then they called me so a young man answered me and I left him my information about me and the cars I want assure and said that he would call me in 15 minutes, well it was up to an hour later to which I could not answer, I called again and this time a woman answered to which I told her that they had already taken my information so she told me that Ok, he would call me in 15 minutes because it's been 3 hours, I called again and no one answered so I left my information so they could call me again; it's already 5 o'clock no one answered me... terrible customer service.

Horrible experience! My parents went to renewed their ITIN only since they already have an agent to do their taxes but at the moment he didn't have his licence for ITIN and the lady who helped them (Graciela) had a horrible attitude. Every question my mother would ask she would answer in a sarcastic way and was telling them that they had to do their taxes there in order to get my mother's ITIN, which is not true. Once she saw my dad last year income her rate went up, when earlier she had helped another family and her rate was a lot less. She has no customer service and I will suggest everyone to go to another place because she will not educate you on your taxes she will just make you feel d**** and be disrespectful. I hope that the owner gives her a warning because they will lose a lot business with her type arrogance. Thankfully my parents decided to go to anothe place were they were able to just get her ITIN for only $25 when she wanted to charge $65 plus taxes . Ps. my parents would of payed that amount since they were in a rush but she just made my parents so stressed and intimidated. I would of rate 0 stars but it don't let me.

DO NOT do business with margarita. She's unprofessional, ridiculously expensive, never answer calls, always late. She's dissapointing. She made a terrible mistake and instead of giving me a solution, she hid like a criminal not answering important questions. DON'T DONT DONT do business with these people.
