highly recommend.I've had one experience with them recently. my catalytic converter was stolen ?. converters were on back order. they kept me informed and gave me a realistic view of when it would come in. my new converter works great so far (about 1 month). would go here again.

I've had a few experiences with Experience and in particular Ramon.Had a small bump to the car in front of me but the grill shutter and side mirror needed replacing. They did it all but the software didn't link up to the new sidemirror which turned out to be because the insurer authorized it as an aftermarket part.Experience confirmed that, liaised with the big G and refitted it. Then took it to the official dealership to get them to do the software connection and update it too.Ramon was great and always explained what he knew and what he suspected. He even topped up my tires when he noticed the tired pressure was low. Altogether a great experience and removed a lot of my worry. Great value.

My car ended up at experience auto body after a series of unfortunate events that involved theft. My vehicle was picked up and dropped off during the weekend when they were not operating, I didn't hear back until very late in the week Thursday due to not having the correct contact info. I was a little upset because it was just sitting there.. joe called me MONDAY told me the car would be done later that week.. calls me the next day and say my car is ready to be picked up!!! I was mind blown such a quick turn around. My car was returned in better condition it was picked up in! Absolutely excellent top tier service! Thank you again! I hope I don't have to come back but they will definitely be my go to.

They've had my car for around 15 days now to replace the ignition and dash. Not once have they reached out to provide a timeline on the repair. Each time I reach out, they tell me that a part is backordered from the dealer or that it came but wasn't the right one or was damaged. Generally not helpful, reliable, or trustworthy.

I had my car towed and serviced here after my catalytic converter was stolen. While it took two months to get in the replacement part, the great folks here kept me in the loop every step of the way, and were nothing but kind and patient with my questions. When I picked it up, I found my car not only back in working order but also cleaner than it has been in months! I highly recommend Experience, and I'm grateful for them making my hard situation easier.

They did an excellent job repairing two of my car doors that were smashed in from a hit and run. They're in-network for Geico and ended up taking a little over three weeks, which is apparently lightning speed in the car repair world. Although it went quickly, it seems they did a very thorough job, plus they detailed the inside of the car as well, which was very appreciated! They were also communicative whenever I called asking for updates.

On the recommendation of Geico after an accident, my vehicle was sent to Experience Auto Body. While all the repairs were to the exterior front, when I went to retrieve my vehicle I discovered that the interior contents of my car had been gone through and placed in bags; this included the contents of my center console. Before leaving the shop, I began inventorying my belongings and was told by who I'm assuming to be the manager, they would be closing soon and to check once I got home and if anything was missing to let him know. I discovered that my dash cam from my center console was missing. Upon returning to the shop the next day, they claimed that they'd had nothing to do with it and were only responsible for the holder from the windshield. They'd been given no authorization to go through the interior of my vehicle; I find them to be rather dubious and unethical and encourage anyone else dealing with them to be cautious of personal belongings left in your vehicle while in their possession!

No one wants to have to take their car in to the shop but if you find yourself in that situation - GO HERE.Kae was crazy helpful and knowledgable. Communicative throughout the process. Gave solid advice and was straightforward and honest about time and cost. To top it all off when I picked the car up they had cleaned with it with such care and detail that it couldn't have looked better if I had payed for a fancy hand detail job.Thank you Kae and the Experience team!Service: Body & Trim

Crystal was amazing! Incredible customer service with my GEICO-related catalytic converter replacement. I had to wait 5-1/2 months for the part from Toyota, and Crystal supported me above and beyond the entire time! She called GEICO, she told me about the state referee program, she called so many other Toyota parts suppliers. She was tenacious, kind, and has incredible follow up. Every business dreams of a team member like Crystal, and ever customer is incredibly thankful for her.
