First of all, I have spent over $30,000 at this location.... I love the family that works here and owns the stores and I've never had any issues until my last two times coming to the store! New workers that you leave working alone have sexually harassed me repeatedly (I stopped coming in all together for a while and would send the guys in for me to avoid the sexual-harassment ) sold me a broken whippet canister, and vandalized a customers cars that spend w the most money at your store . I have been coming to the store for over five years. I actually have referred to the original employees from 2020 to 2022 as a family like environment for me and I love visiting .... That is until my last two times coming to the store . It saddens me that I'm not able to make a mistake with forgetting my debit card at home without being chased out of the store and my car vandalized . You guys actually flooded the room and came to my aid when a man was verbally attacking me one night when I was alone and your staff made me feel safe at one point during my time buying from your store.. this is not the environment that I am normally walking into until there are new people working alone behind the counter. Please contact me ... this is not OK and I feel sorry for the other women who are getting their cars vandalized, and that are not being given respect and courtesy when they purchase broken equipment from your new workers.Not to mention that I have been sexually harassed when you have your new employees working alone behind the counter, and I didn't even complain about the sexual-harassment I just permanently had men go in and take the purchases for me... which is b******** I really love your family and I really love your stores and these two new encounters with new people working alone behind the counter made you lose one of your biggest paying customers today. I tried asking for help by calling the location and instead they said it doesn't matter that I've spent $30,000 at your store. I don't have the right to test the equipment regardless of me buying some thing that was broken last time I purchase it here and since there are new employees, you don't know if you're buying something broken!!! No one deserves getting their car kicked for forgetting their debit card at home and saying that they bought some thing that was broken. Send the old employees back!!!! I miss buying things and feeling safe,and it's not broken..

They have a moderate stock of both vape pens and juice and staff with a moderate knowledge. Underwhelming, but at least it exists. Do all of your research before coming down to the brick and mortar, and then be prepared for them to not have what you decided upon.

Great Service and the prices were great. Only thing I went in for was a vape, but still works after 5 days. So that's a win. A decadent flavoring that leaves a robust but not overbearing orderless plum of white, almost mystical, haze that screams "I'm an Apple!", but then slides like a their in the night gently towards your ear and whispers..."Pardon Me. I mis-spoke. My intent was, Not only an Apple, But.." with an almost Cheshire Cat Looking grin ,"A Green Apple my friend."So I'd say it pretty legit.

One morning, an employee with an attitude problem I'd never met before refused me a carton of smokes (I regularly buy from other friendly staff at night). Instead, this guy (looked 19 at most) forced me to buy packs off the shelf, attempting to overcharge(!) me until I corrected him (at which point his rudeness dissipated).After noticing they tasted funny, I called the next day, explaining to the guy on phone I was refused a carton, then asked if cartons were for sale today (so I could buy an actual one).As it turns out, the person on the phone was that very same rude employee, claiming "we don't sell cartons for customers who only want 9 packs."When I revealed his co-workers do this for me all the time, he suddenly changed the reason, claiming "there was no one in the back."I asked him which one was the real reason then (since if some policy which never applied before was actually true, it wouldn't matter if he couldn't access the back room). This question really triggered him because at this point, he began cussing me out with he "N" word!I asked why he was swearing at me, at which point he hung up on me.I called back and politely asked to speak with the owner. He said he's not there, so I asked when he would be, then he said "2:00." Notice the store hours? The store closes at 2! When I bring this up, he hangs up on me again.I call back and ask the same question. He insists he'll be there. I asked what time he gets in, he reveals various times that all happened to be *much* earlier than 2. I asked why he's trying to get me to call at 2 then, at which point he abruptly hangs up again.I call back to seek clarity, at this point he puts the phone to his iPad's speaker as if trying to destroy my hearing instead of answering the customer.TLDR - an employee w/ anger problem from morning shift will overcharge due to incompetence in math, but take it out on you (even if you're regular customer) if you correct him. He will also call you the N-word and if you ask for manager, try to trick you into not reaching him.
