Love love love this place! The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. And everything I've purchased has been positively scrumptious. So glad that they're here!

I love this place and come here quite often. They have such a great variety of foods, deserts, ice cream and wine. The atmosphere is really nice too. My favorite is their Kievski tort, shipped from Ukraine!

Update - the owner got in touch and they do have certificates. Not sure why the woman in the store was so unfriendly and unresponsive. Hopefully, she won't be working the counter when my friend goes in to spend the certificate! It's a charming store.Went in hoping to buy a gift certificate. An unfriendly woman who appeared to speak no English seemed confused and just said “no” and walked away. Too bad - a gift certificate would have made a lovely gift for my friend.

I came in while waiting for a ride and am so glad I did - they have a range of Armenian, Georgian, Turkish, Russian and other European foods. The employees were friendly but let me browse. I hoped to find dried sorrel but did not - instead we left with the most incredible jarred soups, Armenian mixed pickles, dark bread, and a small handful of free candies for my kids. It's a small but well curated collection - I can't wait to go back for another incredible grocery haul.

This is neither Polish nor Ukrainian food store. Ran by unfriendly russian. And to go there for Ukrainian goods is like shopping for cosher food in Gestapo buffet.Do not recommend.

Yay! local source for frozen pelmeni... and so much more! Stopped by to check out pelmeni because grocery stores don't seem to be stocking Popkoff's any more. Euromix has just about every kind of Grandma's brand pelmeni (chicken, siberian, pork, veal, etc.; large and small) and are going to get a second brand in next week. I like Grandma's but I'll try the new one, too. Lured by the wide variety of products - from condiments, staples, canned fish, beer and wine, to candies, cookies and other baked goods. Couldn't help myself from getting some Polish cookies, a couple of different Russian candies, German marzipan. Very nice proprietor. Great place!

Very cute place to buy imported foods, especially from East Europe. The display is a lot of fun. And they have some prepared foods.

Great to have a store like this on Piedmont Ave. Wonderful selection that allows one to experience a range of flavours.

My 5 Star rating is well deserved due to the cleaniness of the store, so well-stocked with a variety of food and drink items that are hard, if not impossible to find elsewhere in Oakland.I realized during my visit this past week that it has been at least four years, perhaps five since I last shopped there. I was looking forward to seeing the two very friendly Russian ladies who owned the store again. Though I was sad to learn that they had sold the store four years ago, it was a pleasure for me to meet the new owner. He is very friendly also and very helpful. I told him how I love Piroshkis. His store was the place I could count on for having a good supply of fresh Paramount Piroshkis. When Safeway started offering Piroshskis it was more convenient for me to purchase them there. Now that they are no longer selling these, I will be returning to Euromix Deli regularly for my favorite Beef and Mushroom Piroshskis, which Safeway never sold. I am so glad that this store is still in business after the long two years of the Pandemic during which we lost many small neighborhood stores with friendly owners.
