Erin Lane has very deceptive sales practices, misrepresents merchandise, lied about return policy, charges 20% restocking fee. Worst experience ever, do not buy from them!
When you specifically ask verbally, on the phone what the return policy is, and the restocking fee is not mentioned, that's a problem with your company! And you only showed pictures of the good chairs on line, not the majority, which were discolored, in terrible condition, shame on you!

I love the selection of beautiful and unique items on Erin Lane-Estate online store. I can browse without feeling pressured and they are quick to answer my endless questions. The dining table, chairs, and outdoor furniture I have picked up from Erin Lane-Estate have been wonderful additions to my home. Their assistance in helping me coordinate color and style of new items with my existing décor was greatly appreciated. They really took away the uncertainty of buying online. I look forward to future visits to their website to see what’s new!

Great place for drink's and food! We had dinner, prime rib and it was great, veggies were cold so check when delivered. Breakfast was super and the have $10 specials weekdays.

I would love to share an excellent purchasing experience with Erin Lane Estates. My husband and I have searched for many years for Hollywood Regency dining chairs that work with an existing dining table. We finally found them on the Chairish site. Owner Erin Lane has some of the most beautiful objects available for sale in the country. We found the four rare chairs originally from an estate in Hollywood and purchased online. We were able to promptly pick up chairs the following day at their warehouse in Rio Vista, CA. It was the easiest most professional experience possible. I can't recommend enough!

Buyer beware! Their 1st dibs accounts features many pieces which have inaccurate identifications. Common pieces labeled as designer, ect. If you plan to purchase from them, do the homework they do not and familiarize yourself with what you are buying.

I originally found Erin Lane on Chairish and was able to stop by to pick up a purchase I had made. I was beyond impressed when I entered their incredible showroom. So so so many beautiful pieces to consider. Their taste is impeccable and they are kind and helpful. How have I only just found this treasure? Thank you Erin. I'll be back soon.

Leaving a second review in response to Erin Lane Estate's response to my previous review ... Erin Lane Estate, if your business is only open to tradespeople by appointment, then it behooves you to make that clear in your Yelp and Google description. And probably best not to greet inquiries from non-tradespeople with disdain and exaggerated self-opinion. Not sure when arrogance has ever served a business owner well. The opinion of one consumer can spread very easily this day in age.
