I had a very unpleasant experience here. A friend rented a car, and while we were deciding between two vehicles, I opened the door of one to look inside without actually sitting in it. Suddenly, an Enterprise worker shouted as if we were stealing the vehicle. I felt extremely embarrassed in that situation. It made me realize it might be perceived as racism. I apologize for stating this, but that's how it felt to me.

First off, they had no car available, and I had to drive a pickup. Secondly, the lady in front at the podium was rude and just kept repeating the same thing over any over. The african American male was using the N word and profanity left and right as soon as they thought the customers were out of earshot. Unprofessional. Watched him switch up several times. However, Jared was great. Made sure he rectified my situation and was pleasant, so this is not a bad reflection on him. Just need better associates.With that being said, I will give a 3 star due to the customer service from Jared on the way out! I will definitely give him personally a 5 star in the customer service department.

This location is not professional at all my car was totaled by a drunk driver the driver’s insurance works with enterprise they were rude. Stating they can’t take my out of state license which is so freaking insane.

I rented a car from Enterprise at Oakland Airport and everything was good. On checking back in we were helped by Monica. She was awesome. So helpful. Thank you.

This don’t even deserve a 1 star. I had made a reservation like a week ago and they told me that they had full coverage and that included cover for the people in the car and when I get here first the security guard was very rude, then I get here and the car is not ready and they don’t offer full coverage and I’m already late to where I need to go and 45 minutes later my car is still not ready. This is the last time I get cars from here. Very poor service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I've been there twice in the past year. It was set up by my insurance after car accidents. Mondays seem to be the busiest days. The guys working there are very patient and understanding, even when the customers are demanding and rude. I had no problems with my rentals. Picking up and returning rentals was very easy.

WE RENTED A CAR AT OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT … FROM 5-10-23 TO 5-12-23. TYANNA TOLD US WE NEEDED A CREDIT CARD FOR THIS BECAUSE IT IS AN AIRPORT LOCATION. WE HAD NO CREDIT CARDS. WE ONLY HAD DEBIT CARDS. INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING US GO WITHOUT A CAR, SHE PULLED A MIRACLE FOR US. SHE CALLED THE ENTERPRISE ON 98TH AVE. SHE HAD THEM COME OVER AND PICK US UP. SHE SAID THEY WILL HELP US GET A CAR USING OUR DEBIT CARD BECAUSE THERE, DEBIT CARDS CAN BE USED. A GENTLEMAN CAME TO GET US – HIS NAME IS REIDAL. HE WAS AN ABSOLUT GEM. HE HELPED US PUSHED A CART WITH LUGGAGE SO I CAN PUSH MY MOM IN HER WHEELCHAIR. AT THE 98TH AVENUE LOCATION, THE MANAGER ELIJAH WAS SUPER AWESOME. WE NOTICED THAT THE CAR’S TIRE PRESSURE MESSAGE WAS ON. HE TOOK CARE OF THAT, TOO. THEN, ON THE DAY WE RETURNED THE RENTAL CAR, FREDDY WAS EXTRA HELPFUL. THEN REIDAL TOOK US TO THE AIRPORT IN THE SAME RENTAL CAR SINCE WE HAD A LOT OF LUGGAGE, SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO TRANSFER ALL THAT TO A DIFFERENT CAR. THESE 4 PEOPLE – TYANNA, REIDAL, ELIJAH & FREDDY DESERVE MEDALS FOR BEING WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES – THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, CARING, NICE, FRIENDLY, AWESOME, THOUGHTFUL, CONSIDERATE. ONE MAY FIND ONE OF THESE KINDS OF EMPLOYEES SOMEWHERE ELSE, BUT TO HAVE 4? ALL IN ONE DAY, AT 2 LOCATIONS? ABSOLUTE BLESSINGS. THEY ARE REAL ASSETS TO ENTERPRISE. PLEASE COMMEND THEM ALL. I am very upset with enterprise in this location. I rented a car with my family and when we got the car it had a very bad smell . I had children in the car. We thought it was going to go away but it didn’t.I returned the car I told them that I wasn’t happy with the car. Freddy the manager spoke to me and said if I didn’t write a bad review or complain about them he said he was going to reimburse me a certain amount but I never thought it was a lie. I called several times and he said he was going reimburse me. The last time I called he said he didn’t remember me or he didn’t remember telling me this.So it’s a lie when they tell you the they will give you a clean car. And they want to buy you by not saying nothing and keeping your mouth quiet.

They were fast, friendly and moved right through it. I was first in line with no call ahead and was out in 15 min. I will rent again from this location every time in Oakland.

Our family cars were crushed by a tree that fell down during the storms, so we found ourselves needing rental cars until we were able to buy new vehicles. The folks here were sympathetic, efficient, and accommodating. They worked directly with our insurance until we used up all the allotted days, and then they made it easy to switch over to paying ourselves without having to change cars. They even gave me a ride to the airport when I dropped off the car for the final time.
