Enterprise Rent-A-Car is great! They have been kind and so helpful. The service is friendly and speedy. They have had a lot of empathy around our car issues and they fact that we have two small children, have gone the extra mile with us.

Verbin was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the logistics of renting a car. After going through the stress of having my car totaled, it was a great sense of relief to be assisted by someone not only empathetic, professional, and resourceful, but kind overall. He even gave us food recommendations! Verbin deserves his flowers, and I hope his work management also recognizes the great employee and human being he is.

I normally appreciate Enterprise rent-a-car and it's my first company of choice when renting. However, service is extremely slow in this location. They don't have enough inventory and it's very hard to find the car you reserved. We waited over 100 minutes for the reserved car and still had to pick another car in the end. The employees are nice and cordial.

I had a very disappointing experience this week. I reluctantly award them a single star, as zero stars is not an option.I rented a car this holiday but unfortunately left behind my designer handbag with sunglasses and phone in the glove compartment. This location informed me they found my phone, and asked me if "I wanted it back." When I arrived to pick it up my hopes were quickly dashed when I discovered that my bag was conspicuously absent. The stark contrast between the recovery of one item and the loss of another has left me bewildered and frustrated.The discrepancy in the handling of my belongings at this particular Enterprise location is troubling. It is disheartening to think that a reputable company such as Enterprise could be associated with what feels like a lack of transparency and, dare I say, unscrupulous behavior.Enterprise must address these concerns and uphold the standards that customers rightfully expect from a company of its stature. Until then, I'm hesitant to use and recommend their services.

Waited 2 hours for a car that wasn’t clean and cracked window with bad oder and empty tank. Car drove probably at least but nothing else was available. Returning car as soon as they open

My car was stolen and my rental was from Enterprise on Broadway, Oakland. It was a seamless experience and their customer service was excellent. Wished I made note of the persons who helped me there. Made my experience less stressful.

I had my rental thru insurance and had great vehicles…the ladies were great and had great tips because I was gonna need another rental after the 30 days were up for my insurance to pay. Thank you for the advice and it worked!

Everything went very smoothly at the Oakland office. Very friendly and professional. I rent cars quite often. I interacted with three different staff members and all of them were helpful and friendly. Enterprise used to have a reputation for good customer service. Then for several years they were no better than anyone else. It seems like this team is trying really hard to do a good job and I really appreciated it. For example, the kept things moving when there was a waiting line; they let me go get gas (which I forgot to do) after I brought the car back; they had a very reasonable policy about reducing charges in case I brought the car back early and I didn't have to notify them. I rented through the Costco travel website, for what that's worth. I'll try going direct to this team next time although I don't know if the price would be higher that way.

My favorite car rental company. No games or hidden fees. Friendly, accommodating staff. They quickly removed charge for XM radio that I could not access. I used my mobile phone instead for no extra charge.

Our car rental for the weekend was a pleasant experience. They explained the car rental process thoroughly. Everyone was great to work with and was ready to answer any questions we had. They even provided a ride back to our air bnb we were staying for our trip. Shout out to Gabriela and Adriane.
