August 28, 2023I shopped at Ebony maybe two times years ago being a Male really appreciate everyone that keep themselves groomed and their appearance up. I only visit when I need to and don't need very much because I'm low maintenance, I pass by Ebony Beauty Supply, every day. Most days when I pass by, a long line of customers waiting to go in to shop. I only need the basics in keeping my appearance presentable

The new Latin ppl that work here have no clue what they are talking about. They are rude even when they are completely wrong trying to sale synthetic products saying it's human... I'm not sure what happened to the original owners but they need to come back. These ppl are absolutely trash. You're better off going to 64th or just waiting to buy it online.

They don't tell you that it's a final sale on certain things and it's a way of money. Don't get your hair from there especially wigs.
