Requested tow at 11. Said 90minutes for driver to get there. 12:47. Call no answer. Call again at 1pm. Said wait 20minutes. At 1:50pm got call back from driver said he's 10minutes out. Excellent service provide. ETA dont know. Phone serivce: dont pick up.

I had a blowout after running over something unseen, my AAA had expired unexpectedly. I wanted my car back to Porsche for new tires. Better than AAA they will tow my car with no key, or being present. I had Uber home. What a relief. My agent who answered this call knew exactly everything before I asked. The paperwork was easy. The car was delivered and a photo sent. A bargin! If you need a tow, and you don't use them, don't blame me ??

After waiting for 2 hours for a tow through AAA, I decided to call EB Towing directly and get the service I needed. They were very friendly on the phone and understood my situation and were able to send out a tow truck right away. The driver was also quite friendly and took care of my needs. I would definitely call them again.Sunny

This is scam , please do not contact them for a tow . I called it took two hours i called again spoke to three different people. They took my card information over the phone and said there will be a 40 dollar cancellation fee than when I cancelled it 49 . Not worried about the money but it's say they would have people who actually need a tow waiting for hours . Sad they need 40 dollars of of people who are actually in need of a tow. Will be reporting them to the police ! Hope making 40 dollars is worth having their business Shut down !

Called to inquire about private property towing, which is advertised as a service on their website. Apparently, they don't offer this service. Based on how rude the operator was, even if they did offer this service I would have gone with a different company. Some people just really shouldn't be communicating with others.
