I had an issue with my trunk and Danny solved it quickly when it was my car's turn to be serviced. He was kind and knowledgeable. I will return if my car needs to be serviced again!

Bunch of crooks, I went there today looking for a SMOG Check on my 1995 Honda civic, smog tech said he didn't want to do any smog on cars that are older, I am assuming due to my car being a OBD1 car which requires different steps. He said he would only do it if he could charge me $195 for a smog check. I was in shock and asked him to repeat what he said and he confirmed it. From what I heard from a smog guy the prices for smog checks have to be posted by california law. I saw a $65 fee for smog Check and no where did It say $195. Stay away from these crooks

Have been taking all my cars and my family's cars here for 20 years. Small jobs and complex jobs. Taking one car today for a belt. Taking another car tomorrow for oil and safety check. Reasonable and fare.

After living in the area for over 30 years and taking my car to many different shops, I was referred to East Bay Auto. I can say without a doubt that this is the best auto shop around. Danny is honest, fast, accommodating, fairly priced and completely rebuilt my car after it was totaled. I think the car actually drives better after he rebuilt it than before the accident. My other car died on the highway 200 miles away from home. When I called Danny he told me to have it towed to his shop and he would take a look at it right away. Within the same day, he had the car up and running and even washed it for me before I picked it up.

In a pinch I decided to try this smog check station the day before my registration renewal was due. It was a Wednesday late morning so there was only one car finishing up ahead of me. The manager was efficient and kind and my car was smogged and ready to go 45 minutes later. Quick and easy! Thanks so much.

I had been having problems with my battery and I needed to replace it. I called and they got me right in the following morning with a new battery. They installed it and it took a total of about 15 minutes and charged me the cost of the battery and $5 installation..who does that!!?? We were so impressed.

I can't tell you how great Tony and Danny were in getting my car repaired! They did an excellent job with communicating with my insurance company (my car was stolen and recovered). It's hard to find a company that really cares about getting your car repaired--promptly and efficiently, but they do. Highly recommend getting your car fixed here. My Mustang is happy too!

Danny and the guys at East Bay helped me install a cage for my car after my catalytic converter was stolen. The job was done in a timely manner and the price was great. What a terrific find. A honest neighborhood auto shop in East Oakland.

This is long overdue my bad fellas ?Got stuck bout two blocks away my Impala battery and starter went out they help me push it back to the shop and hooked me up with the best service ive ever had the crew are all amazing and the prices are good they go the extra mile to make sure your happy and satisfied i love you guys keep up the good work
