Being the subsidized public transit for disabled, at $8 round trip for mother in her wheelchair and me, we are satisfied. The pickup and drop off time are given a window of time of 30 minutes and drivers are usually reliable, both male or female. We use it to go to Davita Dialysis center. Payment is via mobile app linked to credit card or Paypal. Drivers usually ambulate and push the wheelchair from the home ramp to the door in the lobby. They take care strapping and securing the wheelchair and passenger. The downside is waiting up to 30 minutes for it to arrive.

I'm a visitor here in San Francisco, with a very tied schedule and doing interagency transference. East Bay Paratransit team (office and field) are professionals with compromise. I was able to complete ALL my task in a timely manner, because they did the same! Thank you guys for your EXCELLENT service! Feeling so grateful :-)

Would like to commend paratransit for the excellent training they give to their drivers. Yesterday we had your driver Tyrone Williams bus # 3861, under difficult circumstances he displayed patience, care and compassion at all times. Please give Mr. Williams recognition for his ability to represent the company to a point to make you proud to have him in your team of drivers.

VERY BAD SERVICEP/U Window 0729 Hrs - 0759 Hrs@ 0725 Hrs went outside to rendezvous with driverAs I approached vehicle the driver drove off 3 minutes BEFORE the beginning of my givin P/U windowI have witnessed dispatch telling drivers to leave cliants stranded W/O a ride home over 1 or 2 minutes !SHAME ON East Bay Paratrasit !Almost as if they purposely are trying to write everyone up as a "No Show"UNREAL you are so very unfair to those of whom depend upon your serviceEast Bay Paratrasit should be DEFUNDED and FINED for such unscrupulous company policies an unscrupulous acts for leaving cliants strandedYour 5 minutes policy is so very wrong and your NO same day reservation amplifies the harm and inconvenience that you inflict upon disabled citizens
