Josh was super helpful, quite responsive. (I assume he takes vacations also, hopefully leaving a message to that effect. In my case he was on the job ready and responsive).

Informative and responsive throughout. Professional and efficient. I was not hopeful but Josh got the job done despite the gentleman's childish doorbell dodging. For the personal responsiveness I didn't mind the small surcharge for out of town service. Would hire again. Great value. Tenacious.

I needed to serve someone a small claims case in East Oakland and paid ~$90 to Josh to get it done. He was very communicative and got the paperwork served within 1 day of payment. He sent back a scanned proof of service form very quickly. I would use him again without hesitation.

I called and the kid who answered was an entitled brat. He told me all the things that made him unhappy when serving, NOT what he could do or was willing to do.Horrible customer service. Wrong business for a spoiled kid trying to make a buck.And yes it was your company. I have evidence of the call on my cell on April 19th at 10:06am.

Call Josh if you're looking for a quality and professional process server. I hired Josh to serve court documents to my ex for family court, and what I thought would be an easy task to find her it ended up being the total opposite. However, Josh was persistent and did not give up. He even went to several addresses just to complete the mission, and he definitely exceeded my expectations and completed the mission on the 2nd day! Amazing! His rates beat the competition, and so does his customer service. I hope I never have to serve someone papers again, but if I do, I would definitely hire Josh again.

My experience with Josh and co. could not be better. Despite having only a 1.5 hour service window and given only 24 hours notice, Josh successfully served the individual on time and without incident. Josh was EXTREMELY responsive and professional. Much more professional and cost efficient than some of the others out there, one which may advertise under a generic name like Registered Process Server. Don't get ripped off and instead use Josh and East Bay Messenger! If my experience (and all other five star reviews of EBM) are indicative of Josh's superior business practices (and I certainly believe they are) then you won't be disappointed. Thank you Josh!

Josh is amazing and will go above and beyond. I needed to deliver courtesy copies and he was more responsive than the big companies I sent emails to, and worked with me even when I had to email him late in the evening for a courtesy copy delivery the next day. I had forgotten the judge's requirement that thick documents needed to be placed in binders and he was the one to remind me of this and placed them in binders for me-he pays attention to small details like this and is very knowledgable about the filing process. He is the definition of dependable-I can relax knowing he will take care of every aspect of the process. Seriously cannot recommend him enough. Not only that, his prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. He's now my go to whenever I need courtesy copies delivered, I don't trust anyone else to do it right like he does.

Josh is amazing. We had to have someone served that did everything to avoid it. He persisted until he was able to serve her. His price was very reasonable as well. Completely professional, and very pleasant to deal with.
