Jose was great about seeing me at the last minute to file my taxes. He gave me a beautiful print out with a fancy folder of the taxes for my records. He got me a great tax refund. But 2 months later, i still hadn't received my tax refund. I went onto the IRS website and discovered that HE NEVER FILED MY TAXES! I have been calling him to follow up, but the phone just rings and rings. There isn't even an answering machine. I tried emailing him and still haven't gotten a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FILE YOUR TAXES. Because they don't actually bother to do the work.

He has done my taxes for five years. He explains everything clearly and I have always received my direct deposit tax return on time. I have multiple forms to give him and it's always a seamless process. He is available at his office year round for questions or assistance needed. A personal and professional experience!

If you have not invested with MRS MELISSA CRYPTO , then you should not give up on trading yet because you have not invested with the best forex and trading expert. This is my third time trading with the wrong person on a wrong platform until I found out about MRS MELISSA CRYPTO . she did a marvelous job with my $1000 and I earned $7850 in 7days. his's an expert to trust ?? legit and fast payout of profit. his's trading for me on the 5th time. I wanted to support this local business. I gave them many chances to redeem themselves. But the first go at my taxes, he left out an important document - a W2. I told him I had three and he amended the taxes. I went to pick up and he had tacked on another $75 to my $200 bill (for fixing his mistake and taking a very long time to do it)!?? When I got home with the file, I found that he failed to e-file the ammended taxes. Then I found that he had done them wrong too! Left out a different W2 apparently. He can't keep track of documents, waits until the last minute to do the work, doesn't answer emails, and on and on... I have done my own taxes for 30 years and finally wanted to give myself a break this year - IT ENDED UP BEING MORE WORK TRYING TO WORK WITH THIS GUY! Sorry Jose, you seem very nice but maybe you need to retire.

José is not only a gifted accountant, he is a an authentic and socially concerned human-- I am happy to support him as he is happy to support me! I couldn't recommend his services more! He works late hours, not out of greed but out of concern for his customers and his business. He takes time to answer his concerned wife's phone calls at the end of the day as he submitted my taxes last minute. He is thorough and personable and is the very BEST of all accountants I have worked with! Some charge so much more and take so much less time-- hee we is a the best value for the money you can get in the Bay Area!! Hop on board before he doesn't have room for you!
