  Horrible service. Line was super long bc they weren’t able to help anyone in front of me. Then when I was in front and asked for my package, they said it wasn’t available for pickup, even though I called twice, and received confirmation over text that it would be available.   Chronically late by over 1 day on promised delivery date. Estimated time of delivery is also always off, so youate held up waiting on them.

  I would give 0 stars if possible, I ordered a high value item (and a hard one to replace even with compensation) and paid to have it shipped with express signed service, the package took longer than expected and was left on my doorstep without a signature while I was out of town. Simply a terrible way to do business.
