The old lady’s that work there will give you a hard time because there miserable and under achievers theres one big weird looking lady who smells really bad and where dirty clothes with satins that walks around with a attitude then there’s another one who is short looks like the hobbit super socialy off queue better going to a different location because it’s just a bunch of old smelly grumpy woman honestly it’s sad

This place has gone from bad to worse, how do you manage putting all of the most incompetent people in the same department (the pharmacy). I had my prescription called in on a Monday, when I got there on Friday, he said that they didn't have a prescription for me. When I insisted he found it but I still had to wait 25 minutes for the pharmacist to fill it. I stood nearby to put pressure on the clerk, but he was so preoccupied with what he was doing he didn't even see that my prescription was sitting on the shelf, incredible.

This review does not apply to the pharmacy. Those employees have always been wonderful. Recently I went to purchase an electric toothbrush which, given rampant theft, was locked up. When the clerk came to unlock the cabinet, she asked me "Which one do you want to see?". As there were several models, I told her I would need to look at them all before deciding. When I again stated that I wanted to see them first, she would not open the case. It was clear that she wasn't going to allow me to handle the boxes. I told her to forget it and that I would go somewhere else. Later I called and asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager was quite apologetic but I never got a call back from the manager, which had been promised. Funny how they allow people to steal merchandise constantly but wouldn't let me even handle a prospective purchase. I told the sales clerk that I "wasn't going to steal anything" and she replied "I didn't say you were", though she treated me like a common thief. I will miss the discount coupons but won't shop at this CVS again and will never buy anything that requires a clerk to open a cabinet. I will shop at our local, independent pharmacy! FYI, I got the toothbrush on Amazon, the same day and skipped the bad treatment.

So rude. There's a reason this pharmacy gets 2 stars. They don't care enough to improve their customer interactions. Usually impatient, rude, surly and slow. Today I came in at 1:28- they looked right at me and continued talking to each other about lunch. I had to figure out they close at 1:30 instead of " so sorry, ma'am. We're already closing up until (?)" The store itself is usually fine.

Stood in line in front of “Vaccine check-in” sign, no one else was in line at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist does not look my way and proceeds to help 3 other people who arrived in the pharmacy line after me. There is 1 more person in behind the pharmacy counter and this person doesn’t even look up. Need to be better about being aware of who is around and being a bit more customer-focused???

Jason in pharmacy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with vaccinations for my kids who were extremely nervous and began screaming and trying to run away. Can’t thank you enough!

Went in to get a prescription from the pharmacy. Everyone in the store was kind and friendly from the security guard in the front to the pharmacist and technicians. We waited a few minutes to get a prescription filled, but it was not a long time at all (maybe ten minutes). The pharmacist was helpful and we had an overall great experience.

Since the Covid virus is still lingering in our lives, I figured I should take advantage of my health insurance benefits covering self-test kits for 2023 and order some kits to have on-hand. I wanted to get the Binax Now test kits and from the CVS app, this location was the only one that was offering it under health insurance coverage. I placed the order on the app and I received a confirmation text and in five minutes a ready for pickup text. The store is located in the Lincoln Square Shopping Center to the right of Safeway. The store looks dated and is one of the smallest CVS I've been to with narrow aisles. No online pickup counter or line. You wait in the regular customer line, which was about four deep, and when it's your turn, you tell the clerk you have an online order, give your name and she goes to the back to retrieve your order and you're on your way. Overall, the ordering process was simple. The clerk was friendly but wished there was an online pickup counter. Walked around a little and did notice that since this was a small store, its inventory selection was limited.

After using a debit card to complete my purchase I asked for $10 and change so that I could donate to homeless people as a usually do. They refused to give me change because I wasn’t paying in cash. Just one more reason I hate CVS. I’m giving them one star because their system, naturally, won’t allow you to complete the comment if I’m giving them at least one star. CVS deserves no stars.

Went to the store on July 23rd to send money by Moneygram , both CVS employees were kind and helpful.There was a rude and angry customer while I was there and the CVS employees did and excellent job de-escalating the situation peacefully.

Its a small store with big service. I think a lot of negative responses are people mad at "THE SYSTEM". The people that work at this location are the nicest of any CVS I've ever been to.

DO NOT GO HERE. waited multiple days to get a simple prescription that was supposed to be filled in 4 hours. called them back several times, no one assisted me. eventually gave up and had it transferred to a different pharmacy 5 days later. unbelievably terrible service.

The CVS cashier was professional, courteous. Victoria, was very helpful. She made my shopping experience very comfortable. I applaud her professionalism.

When there is a long line, or a person taking a great deal of time to do a transaction, call for another person to open up a register instead of making customers wait. I had to request that, and it finally happened.
