Crufit has changed my life. Mark is a fantastic teacher and offers ongoing encouragement and support in his rowing classes. Rowing has transformed my approach to exercise. It is a full body workout and the cardio is intense. It's amazing the energy we all feel after the class. Class participants are warm and inviting. I really feel embraced by the warmth and caring at Crufit. Tom Carpenter, who teaches functional movement, is very well informed and his classes prepared me physically for the challenges of hiking in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons without my orthopedic knee brace which I have worn for the last 4 years. I used my hiking poles but did fine without my knee brace. Tom's functional movement classes are deceptively easy but the benefits are tremendous. The staff at Crufit offer you individual support. I feel personally cared for at Crufit and I no longer wear my knee brace. Thank you Crufit!!!

This place definitely needs thread mills, steppers and ellipticals yo! I know they have tonnes of bikes but don't advertise gym time if you don't even have the very basic machines but you're stocked with other super hi-tech ones and maybe only weights. Otherwise not too bad a neighborhood gym for regular workouts and definitely try their cycle classes especially the ones at the patio.

Throughout my life, I tried joining a gym. But I was never comfortable and never stayed for long until now. I have to confess that I felt self-conscious from the quiet judgment from my peers and my instructors. CRUfit is a very different environment. There's no judgment, no shame and utter freedom for beginners to look absolutely ridiculous. The instructors are helpful without rigidity. The members generally encourage each other and put each other at ease. If you're not sure, then sign up a free rowing class on Monday mornings with Ted, and you understand where I'm coming from. Rowing is a low-impact full-body workout. The final equation by the end of the day is we're all living longer. Living an active and fulfilling life is truly the best gift we can give to ourselves and the people who love us.

I’ve been a member of CRUfit for at least 5 years. It’s definitely the friendliest gym I’ve ever been too. Group exercise gym with Cycling, Rowing, TRX and HIIT training available. Indoor and outdoor options. Great instructors and a welcoming community will keep you coming back for more!

I love the Sunday morning spin classes with Mark! They are outside on the patio, well run and are great for helping me train for cycling events. It's more of a traditional spin class where we focus on RPM, consistency and power which is hard to find today.

M-Power is their 6 week program for women. You won't find a more supportive & encouraging group! They worked with my fitness level and guided me with nutrition, stress and sleep management. Lots of laughter! I came for the workout and stayed for the community. I also loved the rowing classes. They took the time to work on my form and the music was super fun. Love the beautiful outdoor setting!

Mark and Mia are the best instructors ever. I’ve always admired their commitment to helping people change their lives through health and fitness. Particularly the spinning/rowing program I truly miss them. Mia was definitely my spinning mentor for decades. Love them to pieces

Highly recommend CRUfit - regardless of your fitness level. I have tried a wide range of fitness clubs in the past and have had the most noticeable improvement working with Mia and Laura in the M-Power 6-week program. Excellent combination of supportive and top quality instruction with a welcoming community feel. #loveyourneighborhood

It feels important to check in to report how amazing this gym has been during the pandemic. Everything I said in my first review is still true AND CRUfit has been incredibly safe, innovative and accessible during this time. There are many virtual classes that you can take -- when you register you get access to the livestream and a recording, in case you need to do it later. Some classes are held, safely, at a convenient outdoor location -- and those also are accessible through virtual or recorded modes. It has been possible to continue a high level of safe engagement with favorite capable trainers -- and stay in touch with people in class. CRUfit has made it possible for me to stay sane and in shape (without investing in new equipment.)

This review is for Dante's kettlebell and TRX classes. I always get a great workout and feel pretty sore the next day or two. You can push yourself as much as you want, but being in a class definitely makes me try harder (I tend to slack off if I work out myself at home). Dante walks around making suggestions and corrections. He is very nice person overall as well and makes you feel welcome and comfortable in class. Sometimes the classes do get crowded but I'm always able to sign up for a spot.

Great gym with a variety of class options at all levels to help you keep fit. The skilled trainers made an almost seamless switch to Zoom classes when the Covid crisis required them to close in-person classes. The staff is friendly and very good at making you feel welcome. Gail W.

I last wrote a review of CRUFIT in April 2017. Three years later, Chris & I remain loyal fans. Things are a bit different now, granted. BUT, you know what hasn't changed? The quality, the professionalism, the commitment the owners (Mark & Mia) and their instructors bring to their classes. Check out their virtual classes now available via ZOOM. Super easy to sign up on Crufit.net. Strength & Core, rowing, teen training, cycling, functional movement, there's something for everyone and every body. Give it a try--your health & well-being is enhanced by an active lifestyle that includes regular exercise!! Do it for you!
