I am full of appreciation for sales rep., Nancy Abadio who went the extra mile to assist me with opening a new account and with me bringing my own phone for activation. Her patience towards me and my lack iPhone savvy was praise worthy. She also helped me by wiping the previous owner's data. I've been to Verizon and AT&T and did not receive anything near the customer service Nancy produced. I was fortunate to come into this Cricket branch to find a kind and friendly young lady ready and willing to help me . I will recommend Nancy to all who need Cricket wireless service.
