Following up on a recommendation of Creature Comfort by my neighbor was the best thing for the health and well being of my cats. This practice stands above all others in expertise and integrity. When my cats get seen for their annuals, I am amazed by the amount of time devoted by the doctor to discuss and address any issues. Doctors and nurses follow up after treatments. It's so easy to get an appointment. If my cat has an issue, they often help me resolve it via email or an appointment in very reasonable time. They are totally on top of prescription requests and let me get them filled wherever works best for me. I definitely see the holistic improvement in my cats' health since coming here. I really can't say enough about Creature Comfort and I recommend them with absolute confidence!

Thank you to Dr Williams helping my pug feel so much better! I don’t think he would have survived with the minimal care he was receiving elsewhere. Dr Williams has so much experience and knowledge and uses several modalities and care plans to support the animals in her care. I will be forever grateful for getting more time with my little guy ?

I had to wait until my blood stopped boiling before I wrote this review. Yes, my experience was that bad. First of all they do make you pay a non-refundable fee of 250.00. The only way that they will refund it is if you cancel the appointment within 24-48 hours, however they don't have any appointments less than a week or 2 out. That was the first red flag...
Then I arrive at the "holistic" vets office and all I see are shelves of traditional flea meds, you know the toxic ones? I was like, hmmm weird. But, it got so much worse. I went into the office and waited for the vet. My dog is 16 and has dementia so he needed a very through exam. I forgot his booties and the floor is very slippery, so the vet Christine went and got a yoga mat so my dog wouldn't slip. Did she pick him up right away so that he could get to know her? Nope, she just watched him walk around. I was telling her all of the things that he needed, and she stood there "listening" (maybe, she looked lost). After a bit she picked him up and listened to his heart. When I asked her about it, she simply replied that "It wasn't racing" I'm like what? Then she scratched his back and said (mostly to herself) awww he likes that...Again, I'm like duh, what dog wouldn't like being scratched...
That was all she did until I asked her about all of the other things, like taking his temperature, checking out his teeth, looking at his eyes, give us some actual help! She did a couple things and then I asked her about the bump over his eye, she replied that it was probably fluid build up and took him to another room. She came back like 60 seconds later and said that she only got 2 tiny drops out because he was moving! Who takes a dog and puts a needle by their eye ALONE???? I just couldn't believe that we wasted 250.00 on a vet who seemed so out of it, and had NO idea how to examine a freaking dog! I would recommend that you stay far away from this place. Oh and I specifically told her that the reason we take our dog to holistic vets is that we don't want to put him on drugs that have bad side effects (which is pretty much all of them) and the first page that she gives me is for a drug! She then followed up with 2 things that were natural and that were readily available on Amazon. We told the person who recommended this clinic to us, and their response was that they recently found out how much this clinic has gone downhill.

Always a good experience here. So thoughtful about the animals' experience. We recently had a scare with our dog's health and she stayed over night for 3 days at the emergency. She was different coming out. So we set up a follow up appointment here and in the parking lot she immediately was shaking with anxiety. Once we were in the room she calmed down quickly and by the end she wasn't nervous at all. I really love the plethora of information and help that they can provide. When you think there are no more answers they have them. A++ from us.

I am happy to strongly recommend Creature Comfort Holistic to treat my aging Bichon rescue dog. Both Dr. Williams and Dr. Johnson are extremely caring and very good about following up with phone calls and emails to check up on Robbie. The office staff is both helpful and attentive. I tried several vets in the East Bay when I moved here from Los Angeles, and Creature Comfort won my full confidence.
