Usually only 2 1/2 hours to unload. There will be a lumper fee. Been here many times never had any issues. Great people on site.

If you coming from i80 west, you have to take 8a exit (west grand road) then maritime drive road. Not that hard to get here.Offload time - < 1 hr but paper work takes longer. Lumber fees charged.

Definitly take 42 b exit in here donot follow gps easy from 880 nb takr 42b turn left on adeline go dwn to rt to maritime street

Very fast unload, it may be in a busy area but I would definitely come back for the quick service. I was out in an hour once past the gate.

Good place to unload just watch out for container drivers next door there rude and no common sense. It's usually in and out here

Delivered a load this morning. Every person I talked to was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Security, shipping, dock worker, and yard workers made this trip a pleasant one! First time delivering to this facility. They start at 4:30 a.m. and trucks were staged on the road when I arrived. Fast unload, only bad experience I had was the traffic.

Expect 2 to 4 hour unload time, but usually closer to two. There is plenty of room to back into door. Expect roughly a $200 lumper fee. They will provide checks for $3.There is very limited parking outside facility (3 or 4 trucks max). A lot of drivers do park in the middle of Maritime Street, but it is Oakland, so that does come with significant risk. Personally, I don't use either parking option due to my personal safety and that of the truck. Who wants a fun little design painted in spray paint on the side of the trailer or tractor?It gets an extra star for the ease that comes with getting in and out of the facility.
