This is very bad place to go,they keep playing game on the car .after we talk everything in the phone with price .when u got there they will told u the car will put car protect and lost car system for other $6000 .after I talk to other car dealers.they told me this place always play this games .give u cheaper price ask u come in .than put stupid thing on the car for other $3000-6000 .i never write bad reviews.this is first time .i am driving 2hours to got there .BEBak it's the sales name

Awesome people working at the parts department. Called they answered. Ordered a part with no issues. They got the part. They called me. Came in to pick up the part and they had the correct one. Paid and it was that easy. Thank you Lexus Parts department.

Of the 3-4 Lexus car dealerships that I visited in the bay area, I can easily assert that this was the best place if you are looking to buy a new Lexus vehicle. The overall experience was fantastic. And a BIG thanks and shout out to Chimgee. She is simply so great with her customer orientation and ensuring continual engagement and updates. Also, unlike other places where three different folks will pose for you as the next level of boss at the other dealerships, at this place Chimgee was the only sole contact for us and would assume end to end responsibility for the purchase.Again, seems like a good place. And I would recommend you to try it if you are in the Bay Area.

My car buying experience here couldn’t have been more spectacular. Bibek and Rick made my first vehicle purchase a breeze. Bibek listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was patient with me for several months until I decided I was ready to buy my car. Every detail and feature I was looking for he was able to find me my dream car. He is a great salesman with awesome people skills — definitely makes the car buying process less stressful. The customer service here from the entire staff is exemplary, when I happen to be in the area and stop by, it’s very nice that they remember face and name — even months down the line. They truly make you feel at home and taken care of here. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and thankful for the Coliseum Lexus staff for being apart of the process.

Please don't wasted your times coming to this dealership where they ripped you off and give you some crazy high price on a lease for Rx350 2023. They charged me an extra 4,000$ miscellaneous fee added to my payment, when I asked them why was I being charge such a high fee, they simply replied with " oh, have you lease before? The bank charge you that not us". Sergios was my sales man, he was really nice and polite until his manager assisted him on the deal, that is when everything went south. I gave him a second chance to earn my business, his manager kept on insisting to run my credit first, before giving me a better numbers where both parties can agreed upon. I refused with the rude attitude towards me and the way they practice business is so unethical. I left and went to Lexus of Serramonte, where I was able to lock in a deal without having to run my credit first, within 10mins my credit was approved and drove home with my brand new car.

Jimmy Lee was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on different tires' advantages and disadvantages. He gave me a price on the best tires I can put on the car and even when I said I was okay going a little out of budget, he still insisted on trying to find cheaper options that fit my budget. (He wasn't trying to upcharge me.) He also gave me a good rundown on my upcoming maintenance and his personal recommendations without any pressure to buy it at all (if anything he said that I should come back later instead of buying it now) All of that considered, he even gave me a $70 discount just because... well I guess because he's awesome like that.Upon this, the dealership gave me a ride to and from the Bart when I dropped off and picked up the car. They sent me a whole video showing every aspect of the car and the mechanic saying their recommendations as they pointed the camera at the parts they were talking about. They cleaned the car and vacuumed the inside. The tires look great and the alignment is very well calibrated. (I've had problems with other dealerships doing my alignment good, but they did great here.)Jimmy Lee was constantly asking if I needed water, or if I needed to use the bathroom. He walked me out to my car and made sure I was all set with the information I needed and that I was satisfied before I drove off the lot. He was very patient and didn't have that fake-kindness vibe. If you meet him, he's very straight and to the point. I will definitely be returning to the Coliseum dealership.Thank you Jimmy!

Dear Lexus Service Management,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of customer service my wife and I experienced at your Lexus Service Department at Coliseum.On the day of the incident, we arrived together for my wife's scheduled service appointment at 9/8/23 11:40am. As we parked our vehicles, an NX 350h and an HS 250h respectively, one of your service employees approached my wife and asked, "Is that your ride or something?" while rolling his eyes. This encounter was not only unprofessional, but it also left us feeling disrespected and devalued as customers.However, the discomfort did not end there. Throughout our time at the service department, we felt a negative attitude from an African American gentleman with glasses. His persistent disgusted looks made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable from a brand that prides itself on excellent customer service and leaves a damaging impression on your clientele.I have always chosen Lexus because of the high-quality service and respect I have consistently received at other locations like Fremont and Daly City. The experience at Coliseum sharply contrasts with those positive interactions.The purpose of this letter is not just to express our dissatisfaction, but to bring to your attention the need for training and improvement in your staff's customer service skills. We believe that with the right training and attitude adjustment, your team can provide the level of service Lexus is known for, and we hope no other customers have to go through a similar experience.Thank you for taking the time to read our concerns. We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and hope to see improvements at the Coliseum service department in the future.

Great experience with test driving and although we ended up not moving forward, the process was very helpful and smooth.Chimgee patiently helped us test drive different models, and went so far as to swap a car with a nearby dealership to get close to what we were looking for. Was very open, honest and supportive with the back-and-force and stayed late beyond closure time for us.Highly recommending potential Lexus buyers to check out this place!

Came in just to look at their inventory and left driving in a ES300H. Thomas Ochoa was a great help showing me all their options but most importantly showing me what I was specifically looking for. Now I'm out here in the Bay driving in a smooth, gas saving car. Most definitely recommend and ask for him he will help you out with no pressure, just pure honest help!

Shoutouts to Temo. I’m in the very early stages of car hunting and he was really friendly, polite and respectful. I was eyeing for the 2023/24 Tacoma or 2023/24 GX 460/550. Gave me a test ride on the gx460 and was very knowledgeable about the practically/technical/pros/cons of the vehicle. He’s very eager, new but ultimately great to work with. My budget didn’t make sense with their generous offer but hopefully in the future I get to work with him again.

I just purchased my 2021 Lexus UX 250H F-Sport yesterday and have no records of maintenance. Jonas was my service advisor and went Above and beyond. I especially valued his honesty when he said my engine oil looked good and didn’t need changing he also brought proof. I wanted to replace my transmission and differential fluids early and he basically told meIt wasn’t due yet. Fil the tech was super friendly I just wanted to take a look under my car and they were nice enough to safely show me. I’m definitely coming back. Oh and they sent me a video of the entire inspection! This must be new because I never had that before with Lexus.
