We went here a few years ago and it was an amazing experience. Fast forward to today, not so much. I went to pay cash for a used vehicle and told them to NOT run my credit. They did anyways. I received a notification that my credit was ran.
I won't be back for any future cars.

I went to get my 15k service done here a few weeks ago. I originally purchased my vehicle from Lexus of Pleasanton but went here because it was a shorter drive. The service person at Coliseum quoted me approximately $650 for it, despite having looked at the website, which stated that the 15k service is a routine check-up that may cost around $110 or less. He told me the oil change hadn't been done, despite my telling him it was completed at 10k at Lexus of Pleasanton. I felt somewhat pressured into making a decision right then and there, but I backed out and decided to return to Pleasanton, even though it meant driving for close to 45 minutes. They quoted me $123 for the routine check-ups and alleviated my concern about the oil change not being done during the visit in early January, assuring me that the vehicle was in great condition.
They couldn't believe it when I told them Coliseum quoted me $650. I hadn't specified the amount earlier and only mentioned that it was a pricey quote; they thought it was around $300 or so, including the oil change.
I would never visit again for any reason.

Great service by Tom Tang. He helped me find the Lexus that I wanted and was helpful with answering all my questions and showing me the features of not just the car but other stuff like Lo Jack and financing

I've been to this location for different types of services. My first experience was horrible. They said that they inspected and rotated my tires, but they didn't. My second bad experience was when I had a scheduled oil change. They were running behind schedule, and I had no idea. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, Henry came out to get me to start processing my car for the oil change. I asked why they were just starting on my car, but he couldn't explain what had happened. I then asked for a supervisor or manager. Shelia introduced herself as the "acting manager" and explained that they had 10 appointments before me, and I needed to understand that. They failed to provide any courtesy update about the delay, and she was rude, so I decided to leave. The service manager/director Abe was of no help and was just as rude. I will not be taking my car back to them.
UPDATED 8/8/24:
Today, I took my car to Toyota for an oil change. They had questions about previous maintenance and service because Lexus did not update Car Fax, and I was unsure about one of the questions, so I had to call Lexus of Oakland. One lady hung up on me without transferring me to the Service department. No one ever answered the other two calls. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I'm not sure If it's poor customer service, my being female, or my race. The lady that helped me at Toyota called Lexus right after I called, and was able to speak with someone about MY CAR. I wasn't able to get any assistance at all over the phone. I will return with my fiancé to get everything they documented and done on my car since the Car Fax was not updated.

Of all the Lexus dealerships I've been to, and I might go as far as to say car dealerships in general, this one is by far the worst. The whole place is perpetually under construction and half of it does not even have walls just plastic tarps. No snacks or drinks like the other ones have or even free water. No loaners. The Indian guy who works in service is terrible and doesn’t seem like he has worked in customer service a day in his life before. He just kind of stares blankly at you when you try to explain to him what's wrong and acts like it’s your fault he has to even show up to work and talk to you and hasn't known what to do the last 2 times I've gone. The showroom is completely empty. No cars to show off just a few old ripped up leather chairs. Avoid this place if you can.

They sold me a car (in which I love dearly) with two bad catalytic converters. I’m sure it was hidden at the time I test drove the car. Lo and behold after the short term warranty expired did the check engine light come on and administer bad cat codes which total almost $4 grand to fix. This is not right, this was very shady from the dealership. I was so happy to buy from them and everyone was so nice, I feel so crossed with them. They did me very dirty. How could yo guys do that?

After a truly disappointing and trying experience with Lexus of Concord, I found a 2024 RX500h F-Sport at Coliseum Lexus Of Oakland. Bibek and Marlena were the epitome of great customer service and made my time there pretty painless and straight forward. They even saved me money on the purchase.
If you are in the market for a new Lexus, go see Bibek and Marlena at Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. You won't be disappointed.

After a disappointing experience at Lexus of Concord, I found a 2024 RX500h at Coliseum Lexus Of Oakland. They could not have made the experience less painless. Bibek and Marlena were the epitome of excellent customer service. I basically went in after seeing the car online and it was mine by end of the day. They were even able to save me money on the purchase!
I would urge anyone looking for a new Lexus to check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My experience: I sold my 2015 Lexus RX 450h to the dealership on a Friday. The dealer gave me a good price (thank you!). But since the car was out of state (Texas), I could not get my money until the following week on Monday. Well, I did not get my money until Friday (7 days later). It took repeated follow-ups from me by phone and email across multiple days for me to get my money 7 days later! The dealership did a terrible job to give me the money! If I did not work it daily, it would have taken longer!!
The response from dealership are mostly accurate. To be clear, I sold the car on Friday. The commitment was to have the money by Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday asking for the money. On Friday, I talked to new people on Friday, 7 days later, after I called again. Finally I got my money. How would the dealership act of it took them 7 days to get their money?

Terrible customer service. Since purchasing a vehicle from the dealership it’s been nothing but painful customer service with the staff and general manager. I mean from getting blamed for their terrible communication with the customer to them holding my car for about a month trying to get the trunk open. I honestly feel discriminated because of the type of car I purchased from them. It really sucks because I wanted to continue contact with them with future business interactions but if it takes going back and forward fighting for just a simple question about my car’s condition and just to get a not well rounded response with just more excuses and blaming then I’m good. I thank them for still getting the job done but fighting tooth and nail with customer service isn’t what I wanted.

My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful NX450h+ F Sport from this dealership. We have gone to other Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area, but none come close to this one. People here are actually warm, personable, and kind, and Tom Tang stands out as being one of the best!! Purchasing a car is such a big expense, and you want a fair deal - we got that and more here. We're so glad to have met and worked with Tom. He's incredible, and we'll most certainly be back! (Also will be raving about him to all our friends and family). Ask for Tom!
